I made a long, rambly video where I talked about almost all the low rarity servants individually, but that video is kind of hard to watch and pretty old by now. Some new servants have been added, as well as some buffs and opinion changes, so I've been thinking it's probably time to revisit that topic. Right now, the plan is to make one video per class, rather than per servant. What kinds of information or discussion would you want to see/think would be valuable in those videos? And comments like yours are all the recognition I need, so no worries about that, pal!
@@ethandupras I don't know, since I have 99% of F2P servants (Angra being the obvious exception), so maybe just how to fully max out their porential? I mean, Leonidas is used as a solo servant cause of his taunt, but I grailed him to 100 and I have never looked back.... He is amazing in buster teams, especially F2P ones. Maybe something along those lines?~
I must admit that most of my low rarity servants are nowhere near their max potential in terms of grail levels, gold fous, and skill upgrades, so to some degree, I can't accurately speak on all of them and their performance under their greatest possible circumstances... But I'll do my best to be accurate, informative and fair about the servants and their strengths. When these videos start coming out, I hope you'll let me know how I did!
A few of my own thoughts here - Sabers: If you can get them, I'd take Bedivere over Ceaser. He's just better IMO, but both are good. Regardless of which one you go with, level up a Fergus for farming quests if you don't get a 4 star AoE saber to go with them. Archer: Get David. Full stop, he's the lowest rarity party evade in the game to the best of my knowledge and an incredible support Archer. Arash is amazing for repeatable farming quests and should be leveled up no matter what. Robin Hood or Billy the Kid are good alternatives to Euralye, since their damage output isn't gender dependent, and can regularly out perform her in general sense. Lancer: Cu is one of those servants that every account *has* to level, he's just that good, even compared to higher tier servants, and is one of the most attractive candidates for grailing in the game. For an AoE option among low rarities, there really isn't a *great* option, but if I had to pick one, I'd go with Romulus. Rider: Ushi is your go-to single target rider for damage. For AoE, Alexander is your man. Further, a nice strategic option that is sometimes overlooked that you're bound to get plenty of showing up is Saint George - he's one of the few servants in the game with the taunt ability, and his overall toughness can help out a lot in the first few singularities. He'll generally be replaced by Mash in tougher content down the line, though, but he's still situationally useful, especially if you draw a strong arts support, like CasGil, Helena, or Tamamo. Caster: OH BOY. Caster is probably the strongest class in the game in terms of what it brings to the table for your account, in terms of their penchant for filling support roles. Hans, Asclepius, Shakespeare, and Paracelsus are all *amazing* options, and you should level all of them. Which one you level first depends on what servants you get earliest, presuming you're lucky enough to get all 4. Got more busters? Level Shakespeare first. More arts? Paracelsus. Lots of squishy teammates? Asclepius is great for that. Not really sure? Hans is just pretty good in general. Oh, and if you need a single target damage caster, go Medea. If you need an AoE damage dealer caster, go Paracelsus or Aviceborn. Assassin: Hundred Personas is better than Cursed Arm, especially if you have access to pretty much any of the casters I suggested, or archer David. Which hurts me to say because I *like* Cursed Arm ***WAY*** more than Hundred Personas. Either way, for AoE, your only real option is Fuuma, so level him up for that. Berserker: Spartacus is great, get him for your AoE. For your single target, get Lu Bu. Also, pick up Asterios. My man is VASTLY underrated and has one of the most effective Noble Phantasms out there for a F2P account for making challenge content easier. Like, this guy can and will be fundamental to taking bosses down on F2P accounts, from your first singularity, to Goetia, all the way to ORT over on JP. Chaos Labyrinth is *that* good. You *will* thank me later for leveling up an Asterios if you're a F2P player. Lastly: LEVEL. UP. YOUR. MASH. Mash is easy to level up, both in skills and her XP curve, and she gets some REALLY good abilities that will never not be useful.
In context of new players, it's useless to talk about how great Asclepius is. He's story-locked behind India, so unless he has a banner, new players not gonna have access to him.

I just started about a week or so ago, so I have no idea what my first roadblock is going to be as I'm still just steamrolling with friend summons and welfare Yu. What do you think would be the first common roadblock for a new player, and what would you save for?
Singularity 6 is a DRAMATIC difficulty spike for lots of new players. Depending on how strong your friends list is, you might struggle there quite a bit if you don't have some of your own servants leveled to support the friends list servant you bring along. Altria Caster has a banner coming up soon, I would save everything you get for her, she's supremely helpful
