    I'm subscribing because this really help me. I never have shoulder blade pain and it was debilitating when I woke up from a migraine. I started texting my daughter..please pray for me! I didnt want to take a shower because , hot showers make me too warm for the rest of the day. Its 115° to 120° here so Cold water from the facet is a no go. This video came up!! THANK YOU JESUS!! It really did help! Not 100% this moment, but the piercing pain definitely reduced immediately. Truth!! Turns out it really is my neck..THANK YOU FOR THIS VIDEO!! THANK YOU!! I MEAN IT!! THANK YOU!!

      Same here, the only thing that use to help my shoulder upper back pain was laying down but this chin tuck actually helps it! Can these nerves and shoulder muscles lead to piched ulnar nerves as well? Just recently I pinched my ulnar nerve after trying to stretch my forearm muscles because I thought I was getting tennis elbow from my job but after stretching my arm went numb from the elbow down for three days. It isn't numb anymore but now my elbow horts and is stiff.

      My pain is mostly lateral to my shoulder blade and extends to lat and armpits...(sometimes I can feel it is supraspinatus, sometimes not)..tore labrum in 2015 w/ severe lat sprain tear/
      multiple repetive traumas and soft tissue injuries to neck, right shoulder, right hip as well right upper back and lower back. Feels like right upper back, armpit, right lateral chest and under right chest, right side under armpit riddled with adhesions and scar tissue...long head of trips esp near insertion, serratus anterior, subscapularis, infraspinatus has been very tight, right shoulder blade feels stuck, right lats weak and tight, especially at back if right arm just below right arm, history of limited ROM if neck to right side (history of radiculopathy, radiating pain into right arm esp upper arn since 2015, also subluxated w/ bicep tendon pair, aethroscopic surgery in 2020 with dozens to hundreds of physical therapy appointments, multiple chiro visits, ...dry needling does seem to be helping...seems like most of the videos address rhomboid pain...

      Interesting stuff Huh! I don’t recall what we talked about in the video but every time someone tells me about how this maneuver helps them I try to remind them that this is only one form of pain management and the problem will return unless you do the second step. The second step requires stabilization and breaking of poor movement patterns. It’s very simple to do but it often requires a coach to do so.     I just did this and OMG! I have instant relief. I just got a massage yesterday and it did not help. I should have done this before throwing money down the drain. Thank you so much! I was in sooo much pain not even 800 ibuprofen helped.

    Amazing i have done similar exercises but being a software engineer it comes back, this one also worked immediately but hope the pain goes away forever

      Glad you like the video. The problem tends to return for people when they do not completely address the root cause.     I have such horrible pain in my neck, shoulders, and back. My muscles on top of my shoulders, near my neck is huge and hard as a rock. It's terrible.. I'll try this. Thank you. Those stretches look great.

    After doing this I feel the pain has decreased. Yes while rechecking I still feel some pain but very less compared to before. So I shud continue doing this exercise regularly right?

    For me I tried to put a straight arm as close to my chest as possible and then press it down to the chest and push the shoulder inwards to the chest so I felt a subtle click in the scapula area and the pain is gone right away

    I know this video is mostly for young people 30 year's old but even young people can have lot of this pain from a bad bed! I'm in my 50s now and my back (main bad muscle is the Rhomboid) is bad from mostly my 30 year old bed. I just bought a Hybrid Firm I hope it works I get it Friday
