      Next time take a pain killer so that you get good sleep and then do this the next day. So you have a good sleep and a prevention for backpain later.
      Don't need to comprise on sleep

      @@sanamoolla1855 sweetheart you can only move when you have less back pain for that you need to take medicine so that helps at first and then from next time onwards you need to do exercise to prevent further back pain. When in severe pain you can't even move to do this execise so first make your body able to move.

    I've been doing these stretches for a few days now and I love the energy and improved blood flow I've experienced since I started doing them. The only thing that I wish is that he put a timer on screen and performed them on video for me to follow along with. Also, during the table stretch he says to keep your core tight at the end of the stretch, so I think I could have done it better knowing that from the beginning. That said, I love this video and I'm happy to add it to my morning routine. Thank you, Coach Leon!

    I've been having trouble with muscle tightness in my upper back for ages. Pharmacist recommended doing some stretches to try to loosen up the muscles but I've always had trouble finding stretches specific to upper back problems, I mostly find stuff for lower back problems. I'm so glad I've found this video as it's really helped a lot.

    I’ve dealt with back pain for 6 years after having bad soft tissue damage to my upper back from a horse riding fall. Adding on to this that I am a violin player, my upper back pain hinders me from so much in life. I am in constant pain, often losing sleep etc, all while I’m only 25. These stretches were the first time since my fall that I have managed to take the pain away without strong pain killers. Thank you so much!

    These are great stretches but you go to fast. Don’t give enough time for each side. I recommend going slowly in accordance with the amount of time that you want us to hold the stretch so that we don’t have to keep replaying the video to see what’s next or what we missed

      ya if you can make a "timer" version of the video that woudl be dope! but i loved the arrows and the explanation of where the stretch should feel like and what you SHOULD not be doing so that was cool as well! Many other stretch videos don't show that

    These are great, thank you. Adding in the 20 - 30 second timer for each move per side would have increased the quality of the video. That way we can try it for the correct duration, while hearing your instructions.

    No words to express my gratitude to u sir. It's been more than two weeks I was suffering with tremendous upper back pain.. All d possible ways for d recovery I took up..     I work as a truck driver, and I was feeling alot of pain on my upper back. The side latch stretch took some of that pain away. Now, I feel my back is upright, and I no longer feel reluctant to do computer work because of my back pain. Thanks!

    Been havin Upper backpain for 3 days..my family couldnt do anythin bout it.. No meds works but The last exercise works instantly.. Implying Pull ups behind neck will be really helpful.. ThankYou

    I slept REALLY wrong and woke up to my back making me miserable. I'm not 100% yet, but dang, these feel good!
    Thanks especially for pointing out the wrong and right ways to do them, and pointing to exactly where I should be feeling the stretch. Helps a ton.

    I just did a big day at work with a lot of lifting which is unusual for me. My upper back was so sore from it. Thank you so much, it feels so much better now.

    Thanks that’s brought me some relief, 3 times now doctors have not done anything for me except offer pain meds which aren’t working. Been 4 months of random outbursts of back pain when I wake up and it lasts all day
