I love your videos and am so happy I found you! My parents are immigrants to this country and think I have failed in life to consider this switch from a career in Education. I love cleaning and I love events! I was hoping to look into event cleaning, do you see that as a viable niche? I would also consider commercial cleaning but am not sure if one can start out doing commercial or if I should begin residential? If I don't have to, I would prefer not as I get uncomfortable in other people's homes and am nervous around certain pets. Looking forward to signing up for your course in the near future.
That's an awesome niche! We will succeed where we are most comfortable, so I love the idea of event cleaning! And nope, starting in residential isn't necessary. You can totally jump right into commercial. It many ways it's easier! :-)

As someone who has acquired degrees where I often don’t feel treated well on the job or even compensated enough, I still don’t have much support from family and associates to transition into a cleaning business. I think certain communities judge you harshly or say cleaning is not prestigious as if I’m failing in life- some would rather see me suffer sitting in an office working long hours. I really have to do what I enjoy and not care about titles or being validated by office jobs at companies or institutions. You are inspiring so many. Thank you! 🥰
@@rodalyndavid2622 Awww thanks for your support! And I get that... unfortunately many view cleaning as an inferior career... but I actually enjoy it! And I don't clean these days, as I have hired it out, but even when I did clean I loved this business. We all need to find work that WE enjoy... which doesn't always fit the mold of what others think we should be doing. So keep working towards your goals! I know you'll get there! 🙂

Yep! We have many successful students in the UK. There will be some differences obviously, but the principles we teach are mostly universal. :-)

You can ask us all questions in there, and we ALWAYS reply. :-) We are thinking of moving that to another platform soon, but nothing concrete just yet. Hello, everybody is talking how to be successful in remote cleaning biz but nobody tells what if cleaners try to steal our customers from us, what if they steal from customer’s house or office? How do we deal with those problems and most importantly what if they don’t show up or do bad job.. anybody in this business / coaching ever replied to my questions about this topics! That makes me hesitate even if i have funds and everything available.
I don't teach the 'remote cleaning business' model that many do, so I have no issues with cleaners stealing my clients. I look for quality clients who are loyal to me, and quality cleaners who WANT to work for me, because I take care of them. :-) The other way to do it is what many teach, hire other cleaning businesses to clean the jobs you acquire. But that's a recipe for trouble, on so many levels. This is why I teach the system I teach, because it's what leads to long term success. It takes more work up front, but the work is worth it. Trust me! :-)
@@TheProfessionalCleaner so does that mean they are on your companies pay roll? I want a business; 1- i don’t clean 2- safe for my future clients so less trouble 3- low set up cost
What is your model’s set up cost assuming we have already established LLC?

I’m sure she was able to secure $100,000 in contracts she does commercial also and has been doing this for decades. She is a seasoned professional 🫧🧼🧽🧹
