Holistic Doctor threatened to be sued on a weekly basis... Dave might be assuming too quickly that everything is above board in that clinic
No no no major red flags the more I listen to this caller if he's office staff are on edge Waiting for the next Unhappy customer to call them out on their practices that is not a good sign of how they are conducting business. I can almost guarantee the sales process is currently the opposite of what Dave suggested and is more like promising the world not telling a lot about the due diligence required and charging 10K for it
