I have a mk1 and mk2 and have thousands of pellets thru both. Never a problem with either! Thanks FX for the quality product.
Same here.. MK3 Impact .25 15K+ projectiles and no significant leaks. The only leak I experienced was after installing, and later removing, the manometer side bracket. The tiny dogpoint grubscrew was leaking a little bit. Fixed it with a little ptfe tape. Also, I would like to see this kit available in the Netherlands!!

You said it! it’s not just fx rifles that leak! every time I read a negative comment about fx rifles it’s 99% regarding a leak oh fx sucks they leak blah blah it’s like yeah it sucks but all the major air rifle brands have a chance of leaking it’s frustrating to hear someone flat out dismiss fx because of something every air rifle brand is prone to encounter.

Yup heaters if you mess around with your gun alot your bound to get a leak it's best to leave it alone if you don't know what you are doing I found out the hard way but I got it fixed no problem there's 0rings to order
I'll also add that with the shear numbers for FX being sold compared to other brands, that can raise the perception that it's just FX, where really it's just how many are sold in total.
@@aircooled352 Really? I own 7 FX rifles. One had a leak after over a YEAR on one of the gauges. Took me a 2 cent oring and less than a minute to fix. If they leaked as bad as you say, you would see a FLOOD of complaints all over the forums and on YT. But... when you really look, leaks happen across the board on any brand. Couple that with the sheer numbers of FX vs other brands sold and I say FX not the "worst" but probably the BEST. Produce some numbers. Factual data and not just opinion and we'll listen.
@PelletHead I agree they are the best air gun to buy especially if you want to win a competition there always top top 5 and the winner always has an fx air gun that he won with so yeah they are the best on the market so far
My fx impact mk2 25 cal 700mm never had a problem with leaks it it did it was the gauge leak just tighten it up good to go it's been 3 yrs.... my fx m3 22 cal 700mm sniper edition had a bad leak on the first reg through breathing hole I replaced 0rings worked for awhile went with a huma first stage reg that leaked then I bought one from Utah air guns it's been about 5 months now leaks gun is back to normal shooting 32.8 gr 218 varmint knockers at 1050 fps to 1050 fps av 👍 good gruops at a 100 yards on a clam day but it is true every gun will leak my taipan only has about 12 0rings in all 6 that are important that leaked from breathing hole as well but I got it fixed as well welcome to pcp life lol love it thanks for sharing Ernest be safe buddy 👍
I am a hunter foremost and a slow is still a big problem for me. My Impact 30 caliber does not have a real high shot count to begin with so when I fill my tank and then go hunting in the very cold, I have already lost 20-30 bars and couple that with a slow leak, my shot count goes down drastically.

I just replaced the outer o ring on the second regulator on my M3. It looked like it was 20 years old- perished like you’ve never seen. Yet I bought the rifle brand new only 2 years ago. Very fiddly to do but not expensive.
Problem now is-are there any more like that in it?
My Pantheras reg leaked. X-ring was in poor condition. Possibly crimped .. i flipped it over and applied some new silicone grease. Been good since .
The main thing that sucks about pcp is that no one has made a reliable inexpensive compressor for them. Even some higher priced compressors are trash.
Tuxing compressors are amazing for about $400, I love mine
What the difference between the mk 3 FAC and the PCP ? What extra does the FAC ? Cos here in the Uk to buy FAC you need to have a licenses , and I don’t want to buy the PCP if it’s not as good as the FAC !!!
Can you share with us what torque is needed to tighten the screws when assembling the FX Impact MK3? Best will be if you can share with us table with torque for every screw on gun...

My dealer doesnt service. Wouldn't even send it in for warranty repair which my impact is still under. Said I need to do that. Spent like $4000 in his shop and thats what I get. I decided to get O-rings and do it myself.... Someday.

Anyone who has owned High end , or mid tier paintball markers should know this. The o-rings are very cheap. Buy yourself a repair kit, it's really no big deal. It's just part of the process and very inexpensive.

jon great job however, the illusion that a tech is on the phone with the customer has not been my experience. Recent bobcat mk 2 has yielded no positive outcomes as in no person on the phone to help --only the web selections for model and airgun type for a picklist. are you just impact mk3 oriented? i have a great old gun in pieces without support
It's a fair point on older rifles. A lot of our techs are focused on the new rifles for obvious reasons and older rifles we have one or two key point people that really know those rifles. Give us a call, mention this post, and ask if you can talk with Newman. We'll get you sorted
