I just downloaded that to see what files I got. I have a folder containing 2 .sims3 files (one is a backup) but they should be able to be placed in your documents/electronic arts/ sims 3/ saves folder. However I think you might need to also download the world to have that. since its a .sims3pack you can place that in your documents/electronic arts/ sims 3/downloads folder and install through the launcher!
