    CSF was thinking ahead when they formed the core the way they did. It isn't often that you don't have to at least pull the bumper cover, or cut it up to get the benefits of a larger front mount. Great product. Love the e39 in the background, damn that thing is clean and OEM looking!

    Is there still a plan to develop matched Bilstein dampers to those MSS springs?. Happy customer and owner of the MSS setup but eager to lose the stock dampers.

    5:00 Those wheel arch trims are for EU regs. The wheels aren't allowed to protrude from the bodywork now so they extend the bodywork with plastic trims.

      Believe it’s more for water spray reducing visibility for those behind, big safety issue on motorways

      @@EvolveAutomotive They needn't have bothered then. A little sliver of plastic ain't going to stop 265 tyres kicking a load of spray on the motorway anyway.

    I didn't see an upgraded water exchanger or the uprated crank hub pulley fix in this list of upgrades - both would help add reliability as well right?

    • @EvolveAutomotive

      This is an N55 M2 not an S55 M2C, so it has an air to air intercooler which is what we upgraded, not water to air like S55. And we have never seen a crank hub issue with an N55 personally, and have not fitted it to our own car.

    Can you settle an issue I’m having with IND. I had requested a set of MSS Sport spring kit and they sent me the one for the M4. Now I looked on MSS website and there are 3 different sku’s for each of the M cars. They are saying the M4 kit will work, but I’m confused then as to why there are 3 different part choices, could you clear this up for me please.
    Thanks. I have a 2020 M2 Competition

      As long as they're hubcentric and you have the correct length studs/ bolts and they're torqued. I run a 15mm front/ 20mm rear on my e36 track car with ARP's. Never had an issue and the studs make wheel changes fast. Always hand torque your wheels after the car is on the ground. Peace of mind, and the right way to do it.

    Solutions to problems that don't fucking exist. It's all aesthetics.

    • @EvolveAutomotive
      @EvolveAutomotive  4 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      You’ve caught us out here mate fair play to ya, those aluminium charge pipes are purely aesthetics. The intercooler, all aesthetics. The springs set at a fairly moderate height, don’t do anything at all to improve the handling of the vehicle, just like the intercooler doesn’t gain 10-15hp and the charge pipes don’t prevent the well known spring failure or cracking.
      You truly are the modern day Sherlock Holmes to have seen through Aston’s quite clearly lies, that are not backed up by any form of testing or data collection at all, it’s all fiction, we made it up.
