Agreed - it is absolutely heartbreaking seeing the empty bleachers and stadiums. It is certainly difficult for the athletes without the fans, but it is a huge financial nightmare for Japan who are doing their best. We are cheering everyone on from each and every country, from Canada! Please get your vaccines folks ... the technology was primitive for smallpox, polio and rabies compared to now but they have been pretty much eradicated. Gee whiz, if this was rabies we would all get ourselves and our animals vaccinated ... what's the difference? Enjoy the games friends --- if we don't get COVID under control there won't be 2022 Winter games or 2024 Paris games. Let's do this!!!

Only one country in the world knowingly disseminates bad radiation information.
Their country emits a lot of pollutants, which are silent.

@@socks_cat356 given the technology advancement of these type of countries, Japan is not the only that contaminates the earth. My POV just saying they are doing efforts to minimize it, and they have all resources to reduce such crisis

All countries with nuclear power plants around the world release tritium into the sea.
Japan is approaching the half-life of tritium and plans to release it into the sea two years later.
Therefore, Japan has not yet released it into the sea, but they are making a fuss.
Interestingly, they are very quiet about their own radiation spills.
