Nice, never thought about H L for leather. I used to work at a company that made furniture and when we got to the end of the rolls of Naugahyde there wouldn't be enough to use so they would let us take it if we wanted some. I think I may still have a box of odds and ends lying around somewhere, maybe.
That also sounds like a great option for sourcing material! I’m in a pretty urban area so I just used hobby lobby because it was the best place I could find cheap scrap, but whatever works you know haha
