Today I would like to share with you my Pastina For Babies and Fried Pastina Appetizers. I have included the recipe instructions below.
Recipe
4 cups water
1 1/12 cups Pastina
1 teaspoon kosher salt
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2-3 eggs
You may also include
1/2 cup of minced Roasted vegetables or
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

We always had it with butter and Parmesan, eggs were optional, I personally LOVE the unctuous nature of the egg addition 🙏🏻
