I'm more concerned with how the ride quality is over slamming the car to the ground. I have a touring 10th gen and don't know if going to bags is better ride quality over the factory adaptive dampers.......

I can only give advice.
This was a sport so it didn’t have adaptive suspension.
If yours is a touring, ask someone who has a bagged 10th gen, with the tire size you want, and see how it feels.
Thinner the side was, the better it handles, but the “stiffer” it feels when over bumps and stuff.
