Holy, you’re going to make me cry, literally. I played BF2 before I could read, a cracked copy, now I’m cracked on the game and hoping I could see some competitive comeback, guess the good days never will come for me, I built my pc just for the saga (was poor, couldn’t play BF3 and had to watch for years without being abled to play nor buy the games) and now I have a good pc but BFV and 2042 were honestly disappointing and had 0 support or got canceled when they were cancelled just when they started “running”. Just sad.
At least we're getting stadium back.
It’s truly unfortunate this is happening as we speak. I’ve followed battlefield since it’s peak but never would I think a game studio that had so much influence over the early 2000s-2010s would fall the way it has. I have so much hope for this series but it’s so hard to continue to give support because of the circumstances behind the scenes. Great video nonetheless Enders and nice little intro :)

I stoped playing BF, it is not what I want from a Battlefield game. EA/DICE can call it what they want, but to me it's not what I expected and I do not call this a Battlefield. The Specialists is bad, the maps are half arse or Meh! Most games I played felt like a semi Singleplayer, cause no one is helping one another as it used to. (It did get a little better over time). The start, Season 1 I never played. Did a quarter of second and got back into it after that. But left...
I can imagine even worst scenario - EA hiring Enders as a PR key role representative 😱🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 But seriously, it's effect of FINANCIAL management only which has nothing to do with gaming and community until you are stakeholders....

I think a lot of the devs were really ambitious about the next Battlefield game and wanted to put their creativity into it to create a great experience. But what I assume is that EA has other plans for the franchise giving strict directions to maximize profit probably through mtx again. And that obviously leads to frustrations as the devs know best what Battlefield needs and what it doesn't in contrast to some guys in suits making decisions based on market capitalization.

What guns? They’re part of the first battle pass. You start out with. As knife and a pistol and get the rest over 4-5 seasons, which will cost upwards of $100 US.

At this point, just close Dice and give Battlefield to the team that made Titanfall at this point. Restart the whole project, make it a Battlefield styled game in the Titanfall universe with titans or something, just make something good of this situation.

this era wasn't built to last. I'm glad I never picked what these people do for a profession because the jobs weren't meant to last unless they go freelance. Most of these games would prevail if they took majority vote from the consumers on what issues need fixed and stuck with it.
