You are using such hardware for console to remove all the recoils and bullet spread. For example at 5:00 there is not any penalty for LMG as assault! Only engineer have less recoil in such conditions. Other is Serbu Shorty from 5:03 is after running, jumping and shooting from hip but all projectiles are flying without spread. You are a shameless cheater.
It would be impressive if you could do this without using special mods like anti-recoil and rapid fire. Unhook the Cronus Zen and do this, and I'll be impressed.

He is clearly using an aimbot. He is unnaturally snapping to player hit boxes without any delay. 9:55 is best example.
He has almost zero recoil and appears to be pointing at the enemy before they appear in his FOV. It’s all unnatural even for pro players.
