    Been following your channel from the start man! Saw a used freeboard in superb condition (+ 3 New! Da Blues) for 70 Euro and hit the trigger :)
    Wish me luck man and thanks for spreading the word of that crazy sport.

    So where does your weight distribution have to be? More on your front foot, so you can slide out the back? How do you then stop the slide? Transfer weight to the back again? Thank you for your awesome videos, just learning on a Summerboard at the moment :D

    • @easy_riders
      @easy_riders  9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Mm I guess its different for summerboard but I find I ride the freebord slightly back heavy. I think this is something that happens naturally (unless your spinning or drifting) but you can try to make your stance more even to avoid chatter! Hope this helps and I'm glad you enjoy the videos 👌
      P.s if you enjoy the SBX then you'll love Freebording 😎

    First of all: Thanks for this bunch of infos, I'm thinking of buying second hand.
    Also I gotta ask - where did you get that beauuuuutiful blue grip tape?

  • @cereal_thinker

    So I never put the carver cx front truck on the freebord. Surfskating is so chill and fun I don't wanna disasemble it.

    • @easy_riders
      @easy_riders  ปีที่แล้ว

      Oh yeah you said youd try that! Im half tempted to buy a surfskate, are they always like $300?

    • @cereal_thinker
      @cereal_thinker ปีที่แล้ว

      @@easy_riders the santa cruz dot pig was 200€ but the deck is shit i used that for a portable cruiser, yow snappers deck was 89€.

    • @cereal_thinker
      @cereal_thinker ปีที่แล้ว

      @@easy_riders the loaded whatever cx is like 311€ sorta wish i had gotten that cause it has more concave but the yow snappers from last year looks way better

    • @easy_riders
      @easy_riders  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@cereal_thinker whats good about the concave for surfskates?

    • @cereal_thinker
      @cereal_thinker ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@easy_riders more grip/ lock in (i guess you could use skate blockers) the dot pig was also so long and late rise in the nose and tail I'd amost fall back or forward when I placed my feet wrong cause I usually ride a downhill skateboard. Online they all say yow has less concave and to only get the yow decks with max concave called high performance or something. So my foot sorta slipped once and now I'm like shoulda got the loaded whatever carver cx.

    Great vid though got confused with mid wheel placement. For a beginner should the mid wheel be adjuster higher to the board side or lower to the roadside. Thanks.

    • @easy_riders
      @easy_riders  10 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I mean I max out the rocker, you could definitely learn that way. You want about 3cm of rocker id say, so normally maxing it out or having the wheel on the second to last one will do!

    Hi, i've just wondering why the Freebord company seems to have stop selling the skate? Are they closed now or out of bussiness? I've tried many times to purchase the board but the online site seems to be unresponsive

      @@robreese1373 ok yeah, so they're sold out of 82cm decks and DaBlues wheels. Depending on your height if you're say 180cm or taller, an 87cm deck would work for you and just change the wheels from DaBlues to Haight Privilege (which are an upgrade, for not much extra) then the board will say in stock :)
      I can find out when theyre restocking if that doesn't work with you?
