People who want to learn to cook have a lot of choice to learn from. But people who love food and admire good food, this is the place man. If Gods were invited to eat on earth, they would not refuse the food, if Vicky cooked.
Sir @ChefVickyRatnani I am not a Sindhi, but was born and brought up in USA, Ulhasnagar. so have grown up eating Sai Bhaji, we use to eat with Khichadi or Jeera rice or regular white rice. with a spoon of ghee on top....feeling nostalgic, now I just need those Tv serials on ZeeTV and SontV from 90s and the smell of Sai Bhaji and rice. perfect combination. sadly the bhaji not much avl here in Pune
I'm glad I could bring back those fond memories for you. Hope you find a way to recreate that perfect combination in Pune. Stay tuned for more recipes to bring those flavors home! 😊🌟
Great to see you upload such a special vegetarian recipe . Please upload atleast 1 more recipe this week and also please share the recipe of lauki ka bharta 😊
I see all your stuffs on you tube and TV shows and consider your stuff as best and most interesting. Please make some conti in the form of French, Italian with mushrooms etc
Massive fan of speak burgers❤️ the emirati burger blew my mind. I am a burger fanatic and have probably tried 70% of all gourmet vegetarian bugers available in mumbai but yours was the best so far. However i have a small feedback. Different outlets make the same burger in a different way. The lokhandwala one is the best, the marol one was disappointing. Standardization is missing.
Thank you for your love for our Emirati Burger and your feedback! We apologize for the inconsistency and are working on standardizing our recipes across all outlets. Your support means the world to us! 🍔❤️
Hello. I’m a Sindhi also. But when I lived in India. Delhi and Bombay. We had gd cooks. Mom taught them how to make Sindhi fd. OMG. THEY LEARNT FAST AND WHAT MEALS THEY TURNED OUT. hence. I don’t cook much Sindhi fd. Watching u make Sindhi curry. Was a sheer delight. I will make. I. subscribed to u today. If u don’t mind. I’d love to learn to make SAYEL ghost Can it b made with chicken instead of mutton. I’m in Montreal. Want Sindhi. Moong daal recipee. and. Fish and prawns RECIPEES. Machi METHI. and Guvar. Subzi. I cud go on and on. Big time foodie. Take care of yourself.
conceptually this is so similar to Pav Bhaji. there too, lo of vegetables are cooked together. this is ofcourse much much more healthier. Pav Bhaji we get on streets is just too too buttery, oily, red, spicy
It seems these recipes are common only amonst Hindu Sindhis .I live in Uk and was talking to guy from Sindh ,Pakistan and he had no idea about most of these dishes including Dal pakwan which sindhis claim to be there go to food
In your television shows you don't seem enthusiastic about sindhi food the way you're in this channel. Show your viewers sayel maani, sayel dabal and chehra chawar, good use of leftovers

Yes it is!
Brinjal will not make the sai bhaji bitter or odd taste?
Not at all. You have to add a very small amount. It adds a nice flavor and a good body to the Sai bhaji.
