A recipe that's very close to my heart. Presenting to you my Mother's special recipe, Sindhi Kadhi with Aloo Tuk. It's vegan, gluten-free and extremely delicious. Perfect for a nice Sunday lunch with the entire family. Check the full recipe below ⤵️
Prep Time - 1 1/2 Hour⏰
Meal for - 5-7 Hungry People😋
INGREDIENTS FOR SINDHI CURRY:
• DRUMSTICKS(टमाटर)
• BRINJAL(बैंगन)
• ONION(प्याज)
• LADY FINGER(भिंडी)
• CARROTS(गाजर)
• GREEN CHILLI(हरी मिर्च)
• GINGER(अदरक)
• @EmamiHealthyTasty SOYABEAN OIL (सोयाबीन का तेल)
• CUMIN (जीरा)
• FENUGREEK (मेंथी)
• MUSTARD SEEDS (राई)
• CURRY LEAVES (करी पत्ते)
• RED CHILLI POWDER(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
• TURMERIC POWDER(हल्दी पाउडर)
• CORIANDER POWDER(धनिया पाउडर)
• GRAM FLOUR (बेसन)
• WATER
• TOMATOES (टमाटर)
• SALT
• TAMARIND (इमली)
• JAGGERY POWDER (गुड़)
INGREDIENTS FOR ALOO TUK
• POTATO(आलू)
@EmamiHealthyTasty SOYABEAN OIL(सोयाबीन का तेल)
• SALT
• CHAAT MASALA(चाट मसाला)
• BLACK SALT(काला नमक)
• RED CHILLI POWDER(लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
• CUMIN POWDER (जीरा)
PROCESS
1. Peel and cut all the vegetables.
2. In a pot temper the oil with Fenugreek, cumin, mustard seeds, ginger, chilli, curry leaves.
3. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder cook the masala and put in 50gm to 60gm basen.
4. Add 1.5lts to 2lts water.
5. Add in the carrot first and the drumsticks, onion, eggplant and tomatoes.
6. Add in a spoon of tamarind pulp and jaggery and mix it.
7. Add in the beans and ladies finger and simmer for about 45 minutes to 1hour.
Aloo Tuk
1. Cut the potatoes into.
2. Pat dry the potatoes and half fry them.
3. Take out the potatoes and press them.
4. Make a masala by mixing chat masala, black salt, red chilli powder and jeera powder.

Though i have taught my children love sindhi kadi. They love sindhi kadi more than the punjabi one. We somehow find a day to relish it

Wrong recipe no coriander powder is put never and he forgot main ingredient methi seeds what chef😮
