1 Cup Chana Dal ( 2 hrs Soaked )
2 Cups Palak
1/2 Cup Khatta Leaves
1/2 Cup Suva Leaves
1 Cup Methi/ Fenugreek
1/2 Cup Suran/ Yam
1/2 Gajar/ Carrots
1 Cup Lauki/ Bottle Gourd
1/2 Cup Baingan/ Aubergine
1/2 Cup Aloo/ Potato
2 tbsp Green Chillies
2 tbsp Adrak/ Ginger
2 tbsp garlic/ Lehsun
1/2 tsp haldi/ Turmeric
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp salt
2 tomatoes/ Tamatar
1 tbsp Tamarind Paste/ Imli
2 Cups
4 - 5 Whistles
1/4th Cup Ghee
2 Onions
