    FOR SAI BHAJI:
    2 bunches Spinach
    1 cup Soaked Chana Dal
    2 tbsp Oil
    2 Chopped Onions
    2 to 3 Chopped Green Chillies
    2 tsp Crushed Ginger Garlic
    2 Chopped Tomatoes
    1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
    1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
    1 to 2 tsp Coriander Powder
    1 tsp Salt
    1 tsp Ghee
    7 to 8 Garlic
    1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
    2 pinches Garam Masala
    FOR BHUGA RICE:
    2 cups Basmati Rice
    3 tbsp Oil
    1 Bay Leaf
    3 to 4 Black Pepper Corns
    Cinnamon Stick
    2 Sliced Onions
    1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
    1 tsp Salt
