Sent my ecu out after seeing the video and had it back within a week and the tune is great, the power delivery is absolutely phenomenal. night and day difference 10/10 recommend. Cant wait to see if you guys come up with a tune for a slip on.
Off topic, How does the 450ss compare to a 400 Ninja and the Honda cb 500? 700cl-x is a good looking bike. The tune didn't fall straight off like the stock did.Great tune and video.Wish MSC were closing to me.
There it is on the dyno graph... I've always noticed the bike suddenly goes from sedate to rocket-like past 6000rpm in Sport mode. When the bike was first launched, there were some issues with the mapping from the factory.
What kind of phone mount would work on the CLX 700 Sport? The grip room on the sport seems to be pretty crowded and won't leave enough room for the clamp type quad lock. But will the stem mount be compatible? It seems the fork stem bolt is in different shape from most other bikes with clip on bars.
@@FeSharpensFe their mount is good, case is horrible, especially for curved screen phone like my S23 Ultra. Already broke a screen when taking it off from the bike, and QL refused to compensate any, nor even hearing my suggestion on how they can improve on the case design. Those bezels on the long sides are even lower than the screen itself. If your phone doesn't have a curved screen on the edge, like my wife's iPhone 14 Pro Max, then the case is okay.
I'm really really looking to send my bike in to you guys.. but I don't wanna just do an ecu flash bc I plan to put a full exhaust system and performance air filter on mine. Wouldn't all that require me to have it actually put on a dyno vs just doing a flash?
Amazing! Does this void the warranty? Is the tune able to be tweaked if you want to open the air box and pipe up? Seems like CFMoto should have this map from the factory.
Will this solve the inaccurate speedometer and fuel gauge display issues? Or if there's a fix somewhere coming? I've seen the same issue on Chinese forums. Basically it was going 55mph when it shows going 58-60mph. Also, when the low fuel lights up, it still has 1-1.5gal left in the tank. These are 2 bigger issue for me other than the ECU tuning.
Use the trip meter to measure your fuel. Us old heads who rode prior to fuel gauges becoming normal on bikes used this method and it works great. I have a CLX 700 sport and I can go about 100 miles before the blinking starts and another 25-30 miles before I need to start looking for fuel. The furthest that I have gone under normal riding conditions is 145 miles. I had about .3 gals left in the tank when I filled it back up.
@@nickolaslewis4416 that's about right. About 100mi and it start showing low. But if the speedometer is in accurate at higher speed, I'd assume odometer is inaccurate as well. Of course it can still be used as reference for refueling 🤭
Do you guys tune the throttle along with the F/A ratio or just the F/A ratio? I saw the throttle mapping on the screen and i don't think that's looking good.
That throttle mapping that was on the screen on the right was not for this tune.. that was just left up from a previous tune in progress for a Harley Davidson . But yes the F/A ration and throttle mapping and torque tables are all adjusted by Dave here
Yes you can contact our shop by simply texting 662-438-6407 and text your name and that you are needing assistance with purchasing a 700CL-X Tune from MSC and need help with shipping information
Depending on what method you use to ship it out to us; Once it arrives in our hands we are able to tune it and in MOST cases we are able to ship it back out the next day.
Good tune and a nice bike. I wouldn't be ashamed to ride that!
It doesn't even look like a copy. They are developing their own style.
Absolutely bro

Thanks for your review man! We sure do appreciate you and are very proud of the results of this Team MSC Tune
Alright! I would have enjoyed that trip! Good vid. Not hard to believe they are brothers 😁
Are you guys considering making a tune with the firetorch midpipe?
Thank you Blake, great job David Crane
Nice! Very interested to see the gains on the Ibex 800.
Coming soon!
Did I miss the Ibex800 dyno?
Real talk, I just subscribed. Excellent explanation of why it is important to pick up that power at the end of the power band.
Very interested but no matter where I go on the 2 sites listed there is nothing about the tune for this bike, which I have. Do I need to call?
Great job bro!!
Thanks bro

Thanks man! And I do have a video on the CBR500 and the 450ss
But I have not got to do a comparison with the 400 ninja

Very impressive tune.
Yes!!!! The 800!!!
💪👍

quadlock had a clutch lever mout available now. fits beautifully on my 2022 clx700 sport

They make a universal adhesive mount that sticks to whatever phone case you currently have. That's what I use.
@@FeSharpensFe I got that also, the MAG version. But it won't do wireless charging.
What is the top speed after the tune.

does this fix the 3-4k rpm flat spot?
I can’t wait for the 650nk tune I have one with an exhaust and it needs a tune
💪👍👍 we will definitely get to it asap
Where did you get the Dyno jet kit

What exhaust was this bike running?
I saw the stock muffler! but what Cat was it running?
All stock
What would this bike do 0-60mph or 0-100kph after the tune?
Because stock, the bike is around 4.5-4.7secs.
What about a tune for the 700 sport
Isn't the sport the exact same setup as far as engine and ecu are concerned?
I'm am still unclear about this why I'm asking?
I'm 99 percent sure it's the same
I guess only way to know for sure is to just contact them see what's what
@@daviddyess3938 its not

@RealTalkPowersports thank you for that clarification
Can i ship from sweden and get this
done?
You want to ship a 6000 Euro motorcycle across the world back and forth for like 5000 Euros for a tune up?
No the box.. not the hole bike.
@@agile-j4d haha just the ECU men
Will it be available overseas specifically here in the Philippines?

Does MSC offer a ECU Tune for
The CF MOTO 450 ?
We are working on the 450... It is not ready at this moment.
Would this tune be as effective on a bike with the fire torch midpipe?
What did it run at the strip stock? Been wanting to take mine but havent had time
only available in the US?
How long does it take to Tune the Ecu? Because I have this motorcycle as my primary means of transportation. So how long would I be out
Depending on what method you use to ship it out to us; Once it arrives in our hands we are able to tune it and in MOST cases we are able to ship it back out the next day.
@RealTalkPowersports OK that is with shipping and is an option. Secondary question what if i rode my bike down. Could it be same day
So if i get this tune then add a slip on would it negatively affevt the tune because i added a slip on?
It would not hurt it
may i know do you tune the stock ecu? or does it need a piggyback ecu?
We tune the stock ecu
Nice
💪👍
Could anyone read the power and toque numbers????
yeah change the resolution
I need one 😊
So they lied when the cfmoto says it’s got 74hp? 😊
That’s at the Crank…
Not at the wheel
the tune machine sounds more then the bike haha
I would like to see CFMOTO offer a UFORCE 500!
He sounds just like Steve😂
Haha they definitely are brothers
