- Just a few mods in and the new CFMoto 700CLX is starting to come together great! After today the bike is WAY more practical with the SW Motech saddlebags, and it looks better to boot!
Now...what mods should we do to the 70CL-X next? (Preferably something that does NOT involve cutting/hacking lmao)

Drop the damn number plates, Mike 🤣!! Saddle bags look waaaay better 😜.
I like the look of the hard bag set that goes on the bracket. The number plates look goofy. The bag bars look fine.

I was thinking you could have a number of plates with different artwork. I know we're recently talking about the DGR and even something with their logo/artwork would be cool, IMO.

Looking good. Bar end mirrors are a must. Just ordered a set. I built set of pannears for Rhinowalk bags. But those look great.

I like the saddle bags better, but the number plates look nicer than the bare brackets.
Idk if I like the look of the number plates, it matches the naked bike vibe with the brackets exposed. Idk if the number plates contribute anything towards aerodynamic efficiency but it would be cool if it did.

But yea dude I looove how the bags worked out! Wasn’t sure how well they’d suit the bike at first, but they’re seriously perfect for it. Especially with how easy it is for Nina to swap her bags back and forth if needed 🤘🏻

I haven't heard your ideas yet for this, but I have one... see if ya can't get that nice blue color of tank in paint form and spray the aluminum that color, and then go white (or bare aluminum and have put down painters tape in shape of a 23 before the blue paint goes on) for 23.
I know, I know, black and orange is distinctively you, just thinking it'd match the bike colorway (or just do the white/black number plate, but that brushed aluminum in a nice blue would look noice imo).
Very nice. I always enjoy watching you do a modding video. As far as the number plate, as long as you enjoy it, that is all that matters. The blank ones would be a nice place to sell advertisement space on, jk.

How do the import mirrors compare to the CRG mirrors?
I’ve never used CRG mirrors before, but these are essentially just knockoffs of them lol a fraction of the price, but still super nice quality! Convex mirrors so great field of view too. I run these mirrors on this bike, my SCL500, and I even have one on my e-bike 🤘🏻
Yeah, the bike looks good but that's b/c this is what most bikes looked like back in the day. The retro classic or cafe styled bikes
are a throw back from days gone by but this is a sharp looking bike. Who makes the engine & how long has it been on the roads
of any country? IDKnow or I wouldn't have asked but I hope these don't vibrate so bad it makes nutz/boltz back out like some of

CFMoto actually makes engines for KTM. So as far as Chinese bikes are concerned, these are as good as it gets! I’ve been pleasantly surprised so far 🤘🏻

With all due respect my dude, I hate the saddlebags. I get saddles on a cruiser or adv bikes, but on naked or sport bikes it aint it for me. Sport and naked bikes should be hooligan machines. That just my two cents but it is your bike and if you use it for commuting or whatever, it makes sense.
