"6:48" "it seems to be doing the trick so I'll chuck it back out again" I wish I could fish with that confidence! Great video. Hoping to join for the small lakes next year, seems Bawburgh is a very special place. I can't wait 😁
Snagged Bro Thank you 👍🏼 Oscar is a little star, and is quite a little character, great to see kids enjoying the outdoors rather than sitting in on devices 👍🏼🎣🎣
@@ANGLINGADVENTURES-HD yea totally agree mate, that season the big tench were coming out the massive bream let alone the carp, why do they all think us Norfolk boys are from Australia! Had that in America well when they could understand me ha ha keep up the good work I'll see you on the bank next season
Im thinking of joining the club next year, live quite a few hours drive away but love the countryside up there. Really looking for a great tench lake with beautiful surrondings without over bearing management. Would you recommend this place? Thanks
@@jamesgeorge8915 Hi James, yes I would recommend Bawburgh, a lovely place to fish and all lakes have some cracking tench in them.. Syndicate is in a first come first serve basis and runs from June to the end of May, where the complex then shuts for two weeks.. Hope this helps 👍🏼
That 9lbs 8oz looked like a proper big tench... not a 6 pounder with a beer-belly 😂😂 Love it man... My nephew uses a delk run as his ringtone... we can be sittin at home havin a bevvy & when that fone goes I JUMP 😂😂😂😂 Edit just checkex yer archives & .... subbed & liked !! 🙄😂
Peter Fitzpatrick thanks for the kind comments, I’m hoping to do more vids this including another tench one, if I had a delk ringtone I’d be a nervous wreck 😂👍🏼
Havent fished at bawburgh for a few years now. Hows the pike fishing there now, any idea? Has it started to improve at all? Has bawburgh suffered at all regarding otters? I really enjoyed this video, apart from piking during the winter, most of my angling is for tench. Absolutely love em! Roll on spring!
Rapsy Hello mate, the pike fishing has declined if anything.. Nothing to do with otters tho, the pike seemed to have suffered due to the cormorants as there is nothing in the way of silver fish! That bad the grebes are taking worm whilst tench fishing! Never witnessed nothing like that before 😢
@@ANGLINGADVENTURES-HD Hi mate, thanks for the quick reply. That sounds bad. Such a pity as I was hoping the pike fishing may have got better. I've certainly never heard of birds taking worms intended for the tincas before! Sounds like there's a big problem there as when I last fished there, it was stuffed full of Rudd etc.
Rapsy when I first joined about 8 years ago bawburgh lake was full of rudd, and as for the grebes I had to get someone witness it! They strip the worm kebab on all 3 rods without getting hooked.. Bizarre! Whether any silvers will emerge this year I don’t know.. Me and my my turned up on lodge last winter and in the bay we were going to fish there must of been 50 cormorants working it..
Great video mate and cracking Tinca! What kind of money did you pay for all the camera equipments required to make a video like this? If you dont mind me asking?
Brian O'Boyle thanks for the positive feedback, glad you enjoyed the video.. The camera I use is around £570 and the one that gets the footage of takes is a cheaper one.. I also use the camera on my phone and a GoPro 👍🏼
Hi, I'm planning to take myself off to Norfolk sometime this year in my new camper for a much needed weekend fishing break. Is this a day ticket water? If so, do you know of any nice peaceful campsites nearby? Cheers Gary
SONGSTICKS hi, unfortunately this is a syndicate at Bawburgh fisheries, I’m not to clued up on campsites but I’m sure there are quite a few in Norfolk that offers fishing.. Sorry I can’t help that much.
marc oshea thank you, I was given advice to go for the 2’s and I’m glad I did. They’ve really helped me in casting, and I can now reach areas that I couldn’t reach before, they’re not to stiff, big thumbs up from me 👍🏼

whats the rods
jaydn grant Drennan tench/bream 👍🏼
@@ANGLINGADVENTURES-HD is that the one you used for the Roach fishing

Depending on what size the bream you are after I’d use a stronger test curve for the bream than I would the roach
what about pellet waggler rods mate

are you australian?
