I'm interested in this cold plunge. I understand that a some athletes do a hot and a cold plunge for recovery or just the cold plunge itself. What are the benefits of this? Are you doing it for recovery? I kind of like the clap shack. It doesn't look very secure in case somebody wants to be dishonest and try to steal from you though. Do you have some sort of security measures you take to prevent theft? Thanks for the content. I'd like to see a DRZ wheelie!

I fully agree it’s not secure at all and I’ve just been relying on faith to not have anything messed with. I plan to upgrade at some point and get a nice shed. And the cold plunge was initially for mental resilience but I’ve found that it really has made my general anxiety much lower somehow, also after a long run it feels amazing. I’m putting a drz wheelie vid on the docket btw 👍
