Like i said to Pops Block Shop, some stores should have a 3rd option next to new & used called "chew toy"... Not that any buyer wants that but just so some of these store owners can see how ridiculous they r for uploading certain low value parts with teeth marks that make the Gran Canyon jealous 😂
@@YellowBrickRoadLego I went back and setup all of my USPS methods to sync with their API. So I assume that when they change their pricing it will automatically be changed/updated in BrickLink. I am sure I will still need to keep and eye on it to verify it happened.
I have been selling mostly new, but I have tried to get into the used as well to give my storm more depth and also help with the growth at the same time but how do you help with finding all the fake Lego in the pile of used you get?
That's really something that comes with experience - the colour, the feel of fake bricks, the noise they make are the skills you develop - beyond that it's about looking closely at the branding - especially with Minifig parts.
I've been doing both. More new than used, but I stumble on the odd gem of used on Facebook and can't resist.
@@GrumpyOldBricks the addiction is real!!!

@@hoarder66 I guess I have been lucky so far not to receive anything too bad but yeah seems it’s a bit subjective!
Great Video. Looking forward to the one on shipping. Still working on getting that polished etc..
@@thebrickbuyers it takes a while and even then always needing to refine I find and then the postal people change pricing!!!! 🙃

@@terrysullivan9915 nice. Me too.
70% used, 30% new I have over a million parts now which has taken 4 years to inventory.
