I just upload sets I get with damaged boxes or sets that don't sell much over retail. I've also been parting out bigger sets as I recently lost money selling on eBay after fees and shipping. ( It sucks people expect free shipping on there ) ㄟ( ▔, ▔ )ㄏ

If you go to your my orders settings and look on the third column, there's a check box for show condition in different colours. then your pick sheets will have New in blue and used in red. i used to go through orders highlighting too

It is interesting to see your split between BrickLink and Brick Owl. My number of orders between the two is often much closer to 50/50. But the sales value can vary wildly. Until a couple of decent orders towards the end of the month on BrickLink, they were tracking almost dollar for dollar throughout the month, but ended on a 60/40 split to BrickLink. Very interesting see your total sales drop off through June. I saw this last year (which was my first June) and it was reflected again this year in June. My number of sales dropped off about 16% and an almost 30% drop in revenue.

Impressive how you manage the shop with statistics looking at the sales performance, the market etc. I'm aware that statistics is one part of entrepreneurship in totality, but It sets an example IMO.

The last two waves of Speed Champions have introduced some very nice new parts. Some that also sell quite well, just because they give builders new options. I have found 5091 and 5092 to be very popular. Definitely some of my favourite sets to part out for sure.

Another great video, and great stuff for making it to a year! One future video or part of the vlog I'd be interested in is your parting-out and Brickstore process. It takes me ages, so am wondering if I'm doing it wrong, doing it slow, or everyone else just makes it sound like they're doing it quickly!!

Few years ago i open up on BrickOwl as well and sold on both sites for a while. After about a year i closed down BrickLink and decided to try and just sell on BO and its been the best decision I've made far as selling LEGO goes.

I've got a solution to your postage problems - paint a giant yellow brick road from the depot to your house. Probably won't get parcels delivered but will look nice. I feel your pain with Aramex too - useless.

Seems to me like you've had a combination of payday boom and a boost of new stock too. I get the same payday boom with my amazon sales which is always nice. It's great to see things picking up for you, I can tell you get a nice lift from it. Feeling your hard work pay off after a lull period is brilliant. Do you have certain milestone goals with lots and total parts? I was thinking it might be good if you could somehow feature your subscribers mocs in your videos when they order from you? Even just a quick pic sent over instagram to drop in the video, it would be nice to see what parts ended up where haha. As always, I hope you and the family are doing great, awesome work ✌🏻

Rebrickable lists both Brickowl and Bricklink stores, but only charges fees on BrickOwl stores. No idea why anyone enables the BrickOwl integration. Save the money and get those same customers through the Bricklink integration for free.
