HYBE is a company comprised of numerous labels responsible for introducing the world to some of the best performers on the planet and especially in Asia; a household name containing the boy group that’s arguably responsible for bringing K-Pop into mainstream media and countless others who have kept HYBES flame going strong for years now and with no signs of stopping. they are also the richest kpop organization in the world. this whole situation is the equivalent of poking at a rattlesnake with a stick, despite it warning you of the painful bite that awaits you if you don’t back off. i’m not saying HYBE is perfect; lord knows thats not true, but this isn’t fair to them.

If I were the CEO of ADOR, as soon as the lawsuit over the contract's validity is resolved, I’d immediately file additional lawsuits-covering tampering, unauthorized use of company property, and attempts to manipulate or influence ADOR employees. In the end, as expected, those claims were lies to begin with. Then when NJ was promoting in Japan, this paid ex-journalist came to a news show where he told how Hybe told him to delete his article that was claiming NJ Japan sales reached 1 million. In reality, the sales in Japan were around 38K. He is now retired as a journalist, holding a high position at Kakao and is an avid follower of Min Heejin. 🚩 The female Illit manager who told the girls to ignore Hani is now suffering from depression. Context matters. The period when the alleged ignoring situation happened was when Illit was receiving a lot of hate from New Jeans supporters. Honestly, I can see why the manager did what she did and in my view, it was more of a defensive move than a sinister one. At least, they were just ignoring you and not spreading false rumours like Min Heejin and the bunnies who made it their goal to spread sleeping allegations about Le sserafim to get where they are. There is no “think they have a point” that’s basic logic in simply having a contract to begin with. Why would you even have a contract, a company or otherwise, if it can be broken just because someone feels like they don’t want to participate? That’s not contractual obligation, that’s a “play it by ear” deal you speak about as you nonchalantly go through things. Every single contract, regardless of what it’s for, can not be broken unless there is substantial reasoning or the other is willing to pay penalties that were agreed upon in said contract. There wouldn’t be penalties there, placed in said contract, if you could just end things because of “feelings” Once more, this is a live case in point for those thinking minors can be in training to be an idol, never mind debuting as one. These girls were so easily “influenced” by that woman that they have forgone any need for seeking knowledge outside their one trick pony source. Honestly, NJ is very privileged. If some other group was doing the same (specifically one from a medium-small company) the retaliation was almost immediate. In NJ case, it took months and it's not fully resolved. NJ is so profitable that the company was basically willing to ignore the tantrums and carry on with their activities as if nothing was happening and even when they were badmouthing the company to anyone who would listen, they were still willing to try to work things out. We see that NJ had many chances to review what they were doing and stop, now any bad outcome (which honestly is the most likely to happen) will lay solely on them.
Hybe is a company of principles they are new to success and are still under a lot of scrutiny and hate because of their successes and dominance of the industry. Also, it's not because of how big Nwjns are its because in times past, labels have been known to put their idols in unfavourable conditions, so metizens are quick to blame the label to make it worse mhj and Nwjns are coy they play dirty with media manipulation and back door deals. It is up to netizens to look at things objectively and not pass on sins of other labels unto Hybe judge hybe for what they do, not what other company's do or have done in the past.

ADOR only went to the court to file for legal clarification on the validity of their contract because new jeans refused to talk to them after they have asked so many times to meet and try to reconcile. Talked to some koreans about it, who arent fans. basically, in short, the general public supports nj just cause they " stand up" against a big bad company. If I were the CEO of ADOR, as soon as the lawsuit over the contract's validity is resolved, I’d immediately file additional lawsuits-covering tampering, unauthorized use of company property, and attempts to manipulate or influence ADOR employees. These entitled brats need a firm lesson on respecting legally binding agreements. I’d also demand a breach of contract penalty by threefold. Honestly, NJ is very privileged. If some other group was doing the same (specifically one from a medium-small company) the retaliation was almost immediate. In NJ case, it took months and it's not fully resolved.
NJ is so profitable that the company was basically willing to ignore the tantrums and carry on with their activities as if nothing was happening and even when they were badmouthing the company to anyone who would listen, they were still willing to try to work things out. We see that NJ had many chances to review what they were doing and stop, now any bad outcome (which honestly is the most likely to happen) will lay solely on them.

basically, in short, the general public supports nj just cause they " stand up" against a big bad company.

They're pretty progressive in how they operate, you just need to read about their hiring process.
