there is an actual thing of ordering a pizza from 911, its something you do when you are kidnapped and don't want the person that kidnapped you to know, a police officer did a speech in my school once and said it if i remember correctly

It's less the thing of "ordering pizza is ultimate universal code for reporting domestic abuse" and more the thing that if you coordinate with the operator, you can work out a code that will let the operator get the information they need to help you, with lowering the chance the person that's endangering you will understand you're actually on the phone with the police. That said, yeah, it carries the risk of being treated as a prak/mistake call, but if you don't have ther options, trying that can be better than nothing.
"Don't come to my house" yeah no idea why some fans do this. I just send him a self addressed envelope for him to put his toenails, hair and lose skin in like a normal person.

9:22 I almost had to call 911 for myself, damn near died laughing. I slowed the video down to see what the call was for, it was a person in Diabetic Shock. Imagine calling and waiting 15sec or so and while the call is ringing your in a complete panic/worried state, and just as the call connects before you can say anything you get immediately hung up on lol. Man I fecking love Kevin, I forget all my stress and worries for a few when I'm watching one of your videos.
