One of the games of the year for me along with Still Wakes the Deep and Nobody Wants to Die! Indie devs have been serving extremely high quality work this year and I love to see it! Let's hope for more like these ones cause at this point, they are not merely video games, they are full-fledged experiences!
This is one of the best games I have seen in a long time. It is absolutely phenomenal. Fantastic job devs. So much detail, and the voice acting. So much love and care went into this. Thank you!
This game is phenomenal, I feel super spoilt watching so many games. I hope for a sequel! How good is the story and voice acting?! I'm so happy to tuck in and watch this again. Thank you and have a great one Insym
Pretty sure it's not voice acted. These are AI voices. The one literally sounded like Office Nowak (which is pronounced Novak in real life) in Infection Zone. These games usually expose themselves at some point with an unnatural response (like reading it how it's written, not how people say it like 9-1-1 is read as 911.
Please please please put a spoiler warning on your message. people might check the comments to see if the video is worth watching and they might get spoiled.
*spoiler alert* . . . . . . 1:04 funny you said that Ps. Love how you can spot some details when you rewatch this, like: hesitation at "are you married?" question (1:09) or hearing the singing when she mentioned Mia's calming her child (1:05:00)
2:46:10 A possible logical path taken is this. He has a hunch someone is helping you retrieve the contents. He has a guess as to who (Hal is a notorious hacker). You are not willing to divulge that information DESPITE assuming that he already knows. His reasoning? Hal is helping you, but not the entire department as you are hiding Hal from anyone who may be listening in on the conversation. Thus, he already gets the any extra info he could have gotten from you on that specific topic.
In all honesty, this game is INSANELY good. The way it kept everyone on their toes was so interesting and the small clues leading up to the reveal of Evan being Sacha was so cool., like for example, when the screen went blurry and Evan/Sacha kind of spaced out when Mia was being talked about was so intriguing!! I've never been more intrigued; the subtle clues leading up to each moment was so good and entertaining to watch. I'm praying that a sequel comes out for this because these types of games are amazing and the voice acting was amazing aswell!!
The moment at 31:37 got me so excited to watch the rest of the stream. Good thing i did i just assumed this game was like: "do this hack that, reward" but no it is WAY more then that.
I kind of figured because mike said we were drinking the night before but we had the interrogation and the fmp1138 notes said headaches after were common
Spoilers to those just starting to watch: This game was such an experience! Oh my God, even with how simple it is (you just sit at the desktop), the characters and the tension is real! And the plot twists as we slowly unraveled the plot, the realisation that we were being watched and everything after that. The sound design is incredible not to mention the music! So atmospheric. The Organisation won and covered everything up, hoping for a sequel!
This is the best game that I have ever seen. Everything is done so well and so uniquely. Can't wait for the sequel! (Which is hopefully coming) One of the things I really love is how detailed the game is. And because it's so long, there's so many small details that make so much sense when you've gone through the whole game, but that you won't necessarily remember before you go back and play or watch the game again.
This game was amazing to watch! First time in a while that I was so immersed in the story! I actually cared about the characters in the story and felt the panic during tense moments!
Joined your stream for 15 minutes, watching you play this game made me want to play it myself! And IT was amazing. The voice acting, the gameplay (linear sometimes but still when u figured smth out it felt satisfying, especially defusing the bomb), the OST... everything was so good. Thank you Insym for showing this hidden gem to us! ** major SPOILER below ** Sadly there is only one ending, so Im hoping for a sequel! (with more than 1 PLEASE)
this game actually shocked me, came here because i got stuck a few times but i went into this game thinking it was a 911 dispatch game and quickly realized its much more then that lmao. amazing game man
Trying to pull a twist thinking it was the FDI (technically yes, but it was run by a one man show who is your "friend" here) but reality no, the real FDI was running an undercover operation. The singing spacing out part now makes sense, in technicality also, the dose is not perfect the fact Sacha can recall Mia lullaby. Looks like we owe Pendell more than just a vacation after we brought her along into this mess indirectly. Now day 4th and she already on the list lol. Our Ghost being the so called "professional" looks like failed to double check if what the end implies to Sacha.
my whole theory was there was a list of people the organization were taking, and experimenting on. if they were circled, it means they lived the experiment, and if they died from FMP-1338 theyd get buried, with the whole purpose being to erase memory and either control or possess someone (since i hadnt ruled out the whole alien theory). and someone is controlling the MC since the beginning of the game, them being a rat, etc etc so excited to maybe see a part 2 of this one day!!! it was so good
This was the best game I have ever watched in my life before. I am usually not-so interested in these type of games, especially because I am not good at technological things at all and it's all very foreign and "boring" to me, but this brought me a completely new view of technology aswell as humanity and health-development. We will never be able to find out what people have tried, what they have done and will do in the future. It's impossible, and it should stay that way. Humanity is the most cruel species of life, we hurt even ourselves in order to accomplish something.
1:22:13 As a neuroscientist who's area of specialisation is neurplasticity (particularly as it pertains to depressive disorders), this whole section was very cool! Though, I work more with NMDA receptors than AMPA receptors.
I'm so glad that I decided to watch this. I normally don't watch long videos, because I have to break it up into multiple smaller parts to watch it through, and usually can't finish them. But damn, that ending was amazing.
god this game's soundtrack is so good. i saw the first 5 minutes of the video and had to put it down and play the game myself. the amount of times my eyes genuinely widened and my heart dropped was impressive. this game makes you FEEL like you're really wrapped up in a conspiracy, and it makes you feel like you're in a movie the way tense music starts playing when you start to put the pieces together. if you're reading this and you have $10 and 3 hours to spare, *please* play this yourself before watching this video. it's a phenomenal experience.
I say that rarely, but this is this one of the best games I've seen in years. Sounds, visuals, story, mechanics, everything is on point. I don't know what the budget was, but every cent of these money were put in a good use. Truely a masterpiece
I saw this game and knew i had to play it when i saw your video come out, 3 hours later and holy god im so glad i played it first. I also played outer wilds because you said to on one stream of yours and i am also greatful for that, these games that you can only experience once are amazing.
After watching this you definitely need to play Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes with psycho and or CJ 😂😂😂 be funny if anything haha keep up great content Insym!
What a game, dude! I was so thrilled the whole time! Amazing plot, incredible pace, so many creative moments that I was just taken aback. I really hope the devs get blasted with love, recognition and success, they surely deserve it! Spectacular
This was brilliant!!! Was proud of myself for calling it pretty early… But that ending!! Those newspaper clippings - we need a sequel STAT! Barry is my fave! So grumpy but also so wholesome in a way. This game did a great job with how they showed and built character relationships… and with some hindsight, the way the relationships did or didn’t expand kind of shows the reality of the situation.
also the characters were developed well and didn't feel like they were nothing but some npcs. The devs did a good job giving the characters proper life and it made this game way more interesting.
Insym been watching you since the old phasmophobia, everytime you play these kinds of games. I really love it, you read stuff, details and get immersed. Its very entertaining, really enjoyed your content it helped me during the lowest times, thank you Insym!
Hey Insym, absolutely loved watching you play this game, the part about Connie Moore was definitely one of the best game sequences I have seen in awhile. Although the vibe of this game really reminded me of a game called "Unheard", another detective mystery game that I have spent the last half hour trying to remember the name of. I would definitely reccommend giving it a look at least.
I realized pretty quick how similar this game is to another game called "Tech Support" with similar twists and turns. I was initially going to write how good this game is and how different it is from Tech Support, but the story actually seems to be suspiciously similar.
I actually saw this on steam a little while ago and thought „surely Insym has already played this“ and was quite surprised to find you hadn’t xd. Well at last we’re here now
There is a game called "Need to Know" that has the same vibe! I had to buy The Operator and play it before I watched this video only from the first 20 minutes. It really is a great game!
OMG I was chilling in my bed while watching this and I saw sometimes a black shadow of a humans head and upper corpus sliding over my screen until I understood it was Insyms silhouette that manifest on the black screen when nothing is happening or blurr animations xD
Omg this game was AWESOME 😮 Contender for GotY for me! And amazing voice acting from Voicesym 😂 I really enjoyed this upload, thank you for playing it and posting it for us👍😁
When the hack happened at 30:30, you can see "Secure Boot" failed. My first thought was "No secure boot on an FBI PC"? And sure enough, bro got hacked.

Omg we have the exact same taste I love those other two too! They’re so so good indies really are eating it up this year
They were indeed the highlights of this year! Nice to hear more people think the same! 😊
This is one of the best games I have seen in a long time. It is absolutely phenomenal. Fantastic job devs. So much detail, and the voice acting. So much love and care went into this. Thank you!
Couldn't agree more!

@@geneanthony3421 Nope, it's voice acted. Says in the game description and it's very obvious that it's real people saying all those lines.
@@ph0ax not real obvious if you’ve heard of the audio coming out of eleven labs. The modern stuff is incredibly good.
@@geneanthony3421 only the some of the photos are AI, everything else is human made
The defusal part was actual emotional torture, first instruction - start at beginning, Insym - immediately begins panic-scrolling. xD
Certified Streamer moment XD
Please please please put a spoiler warning on your message. people might check the comments to see if the video is worth watching and they might get spoiled.
but also yea i completely agree lol the way he began scrolling through everything made me panic
This game is so epic. This is one of those games that could be turned into a movie and translate incredibly well too-- so cinematic, so intriguing!

Ps. Love how you can spot some details when you rewatch this, like: hesitation at "are you married?" question (1:09) or hearing the singing when she mentioned Mia's calming her child (1:05:00)
The Secured Boot Check-In fails when HAL first contacts the player.
But WHO is going to take care of the CAT???
poor cat
Bro I LOVED that cutscene when the operator went to his apartment. It’s SO simple but sets SUCH a good tone with the music and ambience

1:53:40 I'm calling it, WE are Sacha Cole and they hit us with that same 'alien' mind wipe stuff as the others, to forget monkaGIGA
You weren't paying attention. There are no aliens. It was a fabrication to test the mind altering drug.
Also Mike said he will invite his wife but if you search in the DB you can see he is single.

OMNISCIENT READER ENJOYER??!?!?!
1:05:00 I love how this part makes more sense at the end of the game. 😮
Oh yeah😮
Damn you're right
OMG, I was questioning myself so much why would they put this and later completely forgot about this moment. IT'S INSANE
Wow! Absolute cinema.
A 3 hour long Insym video? My day just got way better!
...there has to be a sequel. You can't just leave it there.
I absolutely loved this one.
holy fucking shit this actually captured me more than a lot of movies have
Such a good game but I really wanted a good end. We need more story games Insym you get so invested and its so fun and captivating
Ah, yes, an autopsy on a piles of ashes.
"Yep, she's dead"
(Probably looking for traces of chemicals in the ashes, tho)
Or bone fragments. Sometimes things aren’t entirely burned into ash, it takes a lot of heat to cremate a body.
Watching this felt like a movie so many different emotions
i really enjoy watching your channel grow over the years dude. your doing an amazing job
Really enjoyed watching this game! Another excellent storyline that didn’t lose my attention at any point. 😊
This is the best game that I have ever seen. Everything is done so well and so uniquely. Can't wait for the sequel! (Which is hopefully coming)

This game is a masterpiece. HOLY!!! I need a sequel of this. Such an amazing work of art.
This game was amazing to watch! First time in a while that I was so immersed in the story! I actually cared about the characters in the story and felt the panic during tense moments!
FUUUUCK I THOUGHT THIS WAS AN OLD VIDEO AND I COULD WATCH THE SEQUEL NOW, IM GONNA CRY

WOW. Usually I'll play phone's games while watching TH-cam (due to my ADHD lol), but this game got me hooked. This is so well made!
That was a really good game. The BGM really elevated the twists by a mile
Trying to pull a twist thinking it was the FDI (technically yes, but it was run by a one man show who is your "friend" here) but reality no, the real FDI was running an undercover operation. the zoning out during the conversation about sacha & mia makes so much more sense at the end of the game oh my god??
Filling the void the X-Files left. The first five seasons anyway.
my whole theory was there was a list of people the organization were taking, and experimenting on. if they were circled, it means they lived the experiment, and if they died from FMP-1338 theyd get buried, with the whole purpose being to erase memory and either control or possess someone (since i hadnt ruled out the whole alien theory). and someone is controlling the MC since the beginning of the game, them being a rat, etc etc

Mike Trench looks like the Legal Eagle. Lol.
2:06:00 This was definitely the most stressed I've ever been watching someone play a video game!! 😅
This game was so good! I hope there is a sequel. This is a true downer ending though.
What an immersive experience! The ending touched me. I really hope for a chapter 2, with the post-credits cutscene.
Absolutely loved watching this gameplay. This development team deserves their accolades. Thank you
"dont read everything in the manual"
> proceeds to read everything in the bomb manual
Clearly not true as I completed it with 5 minutes to spare.
@@Insym you had me stressing and sweatin bullets
I watched the first 3 minutes of the video and decided to buy it, it was well worth it! Such an amazing game with crazy voice acting

Insym! I need you to play Uncover the Smoking Gun... It's like Scene Investigators, but you get to interview chatbots robot characters!
This was brilliant!!! Was proud of myself for calling it pretty early…

Barry is my fave! So grumpy but also so wholesome in a way. This game did a great job with how they showed and built character relationships… and with some hindsight, the way the relationships did or didn’t expand kind of shows the reality of the situation.
good stuff! can't wait to watch this
Asking the chat too many questions. Smart decision during defusing.
also the characters were developed well and didn't feel like they were nothing but some npcs. The devs did a good job giving the characters proper life and it made this game way more interesting.
the bomb section is awesome! this game is very well written, it keeps the player on the edge all the time
I haven't had chills like that since playing Obra Dinn
You're so close to 1 million subs man!! I'm so proud of you 🎉❤
1:05:24 I just realized that the singing in this cutscene makes sense considering what Andrews is saying.. rewatching it gave me chills
Oh the music of this game. The credits soundtrack fits the mood perfectly. I gotta look it up after
This was such a cool game. Loved the "cutscenes" and how they were handled, too
Oohhh my god I need a sequel NOW (also the music was SO good)

There is a game called "Need to Know" that has the same vibe!
I had to buy The Operator and play it before I watched this video only from the first 20 minutes. It really is a great game!
I have spent the last 6 hours watching this between clients. Why was I so invested in this story????? Great game!!!
Awesome game!!! Story line was phenomenal, Voice acting = chef's kiss :*
Evan Tanner was a UFC fighter, he dehydrated on a desert retreat and died. Cool naming the agent after him.
This was so good! The sound was so well done!
Absolutely amazing game!!! Thank you for playing
Every video has such a enthusiastic intro and has that uplifting feeling
It makes me forget about my real life problems
Oh man the secondhand anxiety I got from this!! This was incredible though, so glad I watched all of it!
this feels like an interactive movie, what an amazing game omg
I love the music in this game, especially the guitar.
I know what I'm watching tonight before bed now, I love the long videos.
OMG I was chilling in my bed while watching this and I saw sometimes a black shadow of a humans head and upper corpus sliding over my screen until I understood it was Insyms silhouette that manifest on the black screen when nothing is happening or blurr animations xD
"I feel like that's not enought evidences"
That actually sounds right for the FBI - Eh, good enough, let's raid this guy in the middle of the night.
This shot kept me up till 5am. But I kinda guessed that the player was cole or whatever, but none the less was awesome
This was shockingly incredible. I'm hoping for a sequel!
phenomenal game, love the way it made you feel like your in the game. They need a second one.

Such a cool game! I hope it gets as famous as it deserves
4:32 why does every Fbi Director have to have the name TRENCH lol
holy FUCK this game was insane. and the plot twists, best i've EVER seen. holy.
i enjoyed every sec of this game!
Me too!
Wow, this game is great! Loved the gameplay
When the hack happened at 30:30, you can see "Secure Boot" failed. My first thought was "No secure boot on an FBI PC"? And sure enough, bro got hacked.
Watching you try to read the manual was very… challenging for me haha. Imagine if you didn’t have chat!
So cool this game. The story is so good
I went and completed the game before finishing the video and it was amazing. I need a sequel.
21:01 Insym's insults are the best 🤣
