Laser hair removal is the only thing that lightened my underarms. I get mine done professionally and just one session was enough to see drastic lightening. Would highly recommend it!

I wash my armpits with Benzoyl peroxide while I’m in the shower and after I moisturize my underarm with ceraVe moisturizer cream while still wet to keep that moisture barrier. It works a lot and I don’t have to put deodorant. I only put deodorant a few hours before working out.

OMG Dr Dray!!! I saw every single video of yours on hyperpigmentation and acanthosis nigricans, but I do have hyperpigmentation because of razor, chaffing and deodorant. I do laser and it worked a little bit. I clicked as fast as I could, It just lowers my self esteem to have this condition. Thankyou for your amazing content I follow all of your tips!!! Dove makes a deodorant in several scents. You gotta look for the one that says "even tone" or "clear tone". It does lighten dark underarms.

Netflix has many really good international non-English language shows and films (Dark, Money Heist, Unorthodox, Kingdom, Elite, Ragnarok, Rain, etc.), you can always watch them with subtitles or dubbed. They are honestly the reason why I still pay for Netflix

I’ve been using the Krave kale-le-lujan as my deodorant. I have sensitive skin everywhere. I have dark underarms from rashes from deodorant. Slowly the pigmentation had lightened and the order blocking lasts SOOOO WELL.

Expensive and contain fragrance.
I have the Tria laser and yes it does take a while to work but it does! My underarm hair is a lot sparser. The best pro for me is that I can treat multiple areas of my body while I watch tv. I might eventually get a Kenzi though because it covers/treats a much larger area at once so it’ll be great for legs.

I off & on get dark underarms cuz of deodorants. I've tried a ton of natural aluminum free deodorants. Some have caused my armpits to get dark. I just started using Kosas deodorant like a week ago & it has already significantly reduced the hyperpigmentation. It's a serum deodorant with AHA's. Like I said I've only been using it for a week but so far I do reccomend it.

Search up the ingredients that she mentions on google. You'll definitely find some Indian brands that sell it in stores or on amazon, atleast in cream or ointment forms if not serums.
