Thanks!! That's a good idea. And if it looks worst at the end it would be a good video of what not to do. Either way it would be a good video. Thanks for the idea
Hello good sir I’m on my second week of apartment maintenance and I’m loving it. I was watching your videos before I started and I can’t thank you enough for some of the advice you gave me. It was really helpful on just how I should deal with people and I’m looking forward to where this journey will take me.
I finally just recently painted my peeling and rusty chevy express used quart cans Rust-Oleum from home Depot primer and white gloss brushed it on looks good
Eventually I'll get to that too. I've only had the van for a little bit of time and spend a whole day setting up the boxes and tools. Thanks for sharing how you made your van look better
@@victorvictor2702 it's amazing what paint can hide... Especially when you're dealing with a vehicle which is white and not metallic. Life Pro tip: harbor freight sells a $9 spray gun which will spray enamel paint. You just need some thickening reducers for the enamel and you're cooking with fire.
Enjoy your videos. I live in an apartment and my question is about the weather stripping. The door opens to the patio. The maintenance says my weather stripping is done well. However, why can I stick my finger out the door where the weather stripping is in the door?
3:06 you do know they have something called sandpaper and white spray paint... If you wanted to spend a few minutes you could make it look a lot better. Just mask off the windshield and places the paint shouldn't go
@@MaintenanceManNarratives clean it up, maybe put some advertisement on it if you want. You obviously take pride in your setup and keep it clean ish.. 😜. I really like how you use the husky tool boxes.
@@MaintenanceManNarratives ah just wondering... Perhaps you could convert it into a painting trailer put some ladder racks on it. Put a Graco spray gun in there with all the other painting equipment. All up to you. 👍👍👍
When you get time to painting that van you should do a video on it. Thatd be cool. Nice set up and a great van. Good buy

Good video and loadout
You can tell you actually use your tools
Keep it real like normal !!
Thanks
Timinator
Thanks Timinator, I really do use all my tools. Really appreciate your comment
Thanks for the shout out bro! love the utilization of space 🤌
Thanks! Yea I used all the space in the van.
It’s a work van it doesn’t need to be pretty just functional. I like it

You won't know what it's really like until like 4 months In and your doing service orders

Thnk you so much!!
Have to start somewhere start with that and then four or five years you have enough 4_5 new vans for five people working for you
I really like your way of thinking!! Thanks

You learned all your hvac from TH-cam?
A lot of stuff comes with instructions too
Some of it, youtube has some of the best teachers. But also over the years and asking around what others would share

Yea, I will eventually. But most of these older vans look like this.

00:05 you talk about the 10x6 trailer... Do you still have it and could you tow it with this van? Perhaps outfit the trailer for certain work.
I do still have it. But I think the van is enough for what I do. I also have the truck in case I need to move something bigger

@xephael3485 that's actually a good idea, thanks
