DG big thing, if you switch that brachydium mail to alpha plus you can do a build with 3 flawless vit jewels and to attack plus 4 with all the other slots expert and crit boost. It gives you an extra 2 blast attack my friend.

You already said you only use it for the mental checker so why not put the other 2 points of it in your evasion mantle where it'd have the highest potential uptime? It'd stack nicely with the mantle damage boosts and you leave your set open for better skills.i highly recommend swapping that flawless in the bracers for a phoenix. It's a 90 second active whenever you cleanse an ailment including stuns so it's super easy to upkeep 12 bonus attack damage.

When is the MHW crew going to add combo for softening parts just as hammer and DB have? We need that in the LS... 😒 I stopped using it because it truly feels as if you weren't doing enough damage due to its incapacity of softening parts in a fluid and viable way... It's so annoying.
I agree with you. Personally, i think they should add in a way where longsword is able to use one spirit gauge to tenderize a monster part once. Or after spirit roundhouse, you can transition straight to clutch claw to tenderize it. Instead of you completing the sheathe or go to iai sheathe
Safi LS Vs the new brachy literally only had a 1 damage difference per hit. So as of rn on every single attack you do With safi LS it will do 1 more damage then brachy LS. However brachy LS does more damage over time throughout the fight with blast so. For anybody who didn’t know!:) also please someone tell me if I’ve got some info wrong. Dont wanna mislead
From what i know Safi weapons do a little more damage raw damage but raging does blast more often. The difference seems so small that raging ls better due to the blast.

Not at all. There’s no need for the set bonus since the meta. Armor set requires 2 brachy dios pieces to be good anyways. It’s the skills on the Armor pieces that are really good.
Safi still my go to weapon. All attack awakenings with one teo essence for a blast melee weapon beta R.brachy head and chest beta teo gauntlet and waist with beta Garuga legs and agitator 5 charm= gg anything in mhw.

I main LS and CB and will definitely be picking up the raging brachy weapons and especially the armour for CB with artillery
Artillery 5 is very dissapointing its better to use agi 7 and masters touch honestly with exeption to some explosive bowgun builds and gunlance

@DearGamer try swapping the minds eye for Coalescence Level 1: While active, grants Attack + 12, Element attack power +30, and Status buildup +5%

Also...purple sharpness doesn't bounce on tough parts, so the mind's eye deco is redundant. Coalescence is the better choice.
@@AG19901990 purple will still bounce on furious rajangs arms when he's in rage. Same thing with the spiky part of ruiners tail.
The spirit roundhouse combo also has natural minds eye so its fairly useless for LS to slot in minds eye

Easier forsight slashes and iai slash also most important dodge I frame are what gives the LS a adventage to help most hunts that are tough.
