This place looks in one word amazing. How they managed to keep everything so perfectly clean? We know the food is superb but the whole experience and ambience is beyond words.

Its funny reading comments talking about it being a "1 star" restaurant and thinking its bad. What people fail to realize is that its a *Michelin Star and not your ordinary 5 star rating. Michelin stars are extremely hard to get and is not based of a customer review. There is a lot of skill and respect that chefs need to get one and seeing this compared to other basic restaurants is an insult to the establishment and goes to show how ignorant people can be.

i don't see any special techniques as cook...... If I buy those fresh seafood, I can cook like that as well.
The way they do it makes it look relaxing and easy, but trust me, it's a lot hard than it looks. There's a lot of prepping, and controls for the heat to make sure every single food is cooked to perfection. Although the scallops are a bit pale for my liking.
It takes years to construct a building, but only hours to destroy one.
@@omnithis9214 don't be fooled, try it for yourself. Not hard to cook to 'perfection' on a flat top if you take the time, but excellent ingredients, and do the prepwork yourself. These restaurants are mostly for show.

the hygiene standards for the meats used for teppanyaki or in any way served more raw than regular meats are usually higher. Its as safe as it could possibly be.

本当にいい素材を使ってるなら 先ずはそのまま食していただきたい。キノコは香から楽しむ食材なのに いきなりレモンとか香りの強いものをかけてしまっては、素材が死んでしまう。
