My cousin’s husband actually joined something really similar to this where it’s a bunch of men feeding each other misogynistic ideas. Yeah, that’s creepy. In Canada nearly 1/3 of human trafficking victims are trafficked by a current or former intimate partner. That guy pretty much wrote out a play by play of a major strategy that many human traffickers use. I’ve heard that “testing” a target for “quality” is pretty common in the world of human trafficking. (I found the 1/3 information in a report called Trafficking in Persons in Canada, 2018 if anyone wants to check out the data for themselves.)

I absolutely hate it when men like this use Wolves as a metaphor for themselves. Because wolfs don’t work that way. A wolf pack is a family, loosely lead by an alpha couple (a male and a female) and the rest are various offspring (and yes, young male wolves can stay with their pack, but most of the time the female pups that stay long term) who help care for the pups, hunt, protect each other and generally live and cooperative with each other. As someone who works in human trafficking prevention... this is textbook trafficking. He literally just admitted to the definition of what trafficking is. Grew up in and out of a cult, what he is doing is the exact technics you'd see a cult leader use. Coercing women and manipulating them into sex work through emotional abuse and manipulation, very culty. Even with Danny's commentary it's hard to watch, I truly hope those women are alright.
I didn't grow up in a cult, but even just knowing a LITTLE about true crime, this SCREAMS "Charles Manson told me to sell my body, so I'm happy to be happy to do it!". Would be very interested in hearing your experience so we can all avoid the same fate (tho your video called "egg" by itself is a modern art inspiration lol).
@@AdaHazard Speaking from my own experience, cults use manipulation and guilt tripping to make the person feel worthless without them, which from what I'm seeing, is what that dude is doing. Convincing them that what he wants for them is the only right thing, and its unfortunately very difficult to shake that mindset. Hes also probably bringing them to a point of obsession with them, so they're likely to do what he says because, obviously its for him.I reccomend Anthony Padillas video on it if you want to learn more, super scary stuff, like I said, hope those girls are okay.

I wish Danny'd looked into the legality a bit more, since he recognized it was borderline, but he did admit it was exploitative. I've seen topics like this handled well with a comedic tone to them, and this one wasn't bad. He handled the subject a bit too lightly, but he avoided making women the butt of the joke for the most part. Seems like a low bar, but the line can become blurred. I like seeing men cover these topics too, because they're more likely to reach a male audience so I hope the backlash doesn't prevent him from covering heavier subject matter in the future. The video is stirring up discourse.

I never understand why people defend him so much. I am in my lonely loser years because I have a lot of work/healing to do, but never in a million years would be so insecure about it that I put down people who are obviously doing great. Guys, it's ok to not be ok. It sucks, but sometimes you just have to struggle. What isn't ok is manipulating people, and defending the idea that consent after coercion is actually consent. Consent only includes an enthusiastic YES with no manipulation or coercion involved. Also, he is not on the working class' side. He is doing the same thing that every rich person does. He manipulated his audience and groomed them, just to be able to manipulate and groom women to be able to actually exploit the working class on every level. All of his fans don't even realize they are getting manipulated, so why would they catch on if a hot woman who fits their utopian daydream is getting exploited? I would pity these people because of how sad it is, but they are defending trafficking and coercion so really I'm just disgusted and feel they deserve to be as dumb as they are.
