Our food is so toxic that people are finding they feel better when they stop eating. It's not a long tem solution though 😃

Disappointed at TED censoring this. Eating in an anti-inflammatory way-- including avoiding MSG, a neurotoxin and obesogen-- is vital to creating and preserving health.

I'm reassured tha Ted is censoring this. This is vague pseudo-science and should not go unchallenged. Read Stewart Brand's 'Whole Earth Discipline' on GMO foods and you'll see that the reverse of what is stated is actually true.
Her dietary recommendations would improve the lot of most people, but that would not be because the fruits and vegetables are non-GMO or organic, but in spite of it, in some cases!
'non-GMO' and 'organic' have become essential marketing claims, sometimes through ignorance, sometimes cynicism.

Read the ingredients in every food item when buying . Please see below
This is about food they sell in ASDA
Most of your products are not 100 percent what it Says aren’t they ?
Take salt , it has anti caking agent , has this anti caking agent good for human health in the long run ? What are the health benefits gained so far consuming that ?
Most of the product has palm oil , take Aptamil to butter . Although some says sustainable palm oil, is this palm oil really good for human health ? What are the health benefits gained so far consuming theses . If it’s gluten free , then you have added maize which is GMO . Can science create anything far better than what the nature has given for humans to consume? What are the health benefits consuming GMOs ?
If you could Please give me the answers for these , that would be great . I can keep adding so many things. Raisins come with cotton seed oil ? What ?
Most of the fish are farmed now , they have added Omega 3 . What sort of health benefits given so far for humans consuming Omega three? My list is endless.
I was puzzled why health issues are sky rocketing being a developed country ? Always new health issues being added than to the previous years.
Raisins comes with cotton seed oil . Why is that ? What are the health benefits given so far from the cotton seed oil ?
Oat milk is only 2.4 percent from 400ml carton . The rest is formulated drink with it . It’s like taking unknown pill for a daily basis expecting health issues may be in future ?
