It's such an important message that I wish more people would hear. Thanks, Mats-Eric Nilsson. I hope people will realize how influential they are! Or, their money, anyway. If many people stop buying a particular item, I can promise you the company making that product will pay attention!

People don't know what they don't know....thanks for educating people. One by One we CAN make a difference. In America we are voting for change with our wallets. Organic purchasing are at a all time high....people are getting it now!!

I remember taking a bio class that woke me up to the additives in food and tryed to find real food in the store and almost everything in the super market is fake even if it says organic even the fruits have chemicals in it to keep it lasting longer its sad

You might think that it’s painful to go after your dreams but it’s nothing compared to a life long suffering for unrealised potential.

Why is the sound quality so quiet and bad on many TEDx talks?

4:25 about Kantarell soup, : lot of it is going to be water, of course. You should mention the % of that component excluding water.

What an incredibly rude thing to say.

    • @PeterRonBostrom

Little rude yes, and i know my english is not the best (I'm from Sweden too) But he works as an journalist and have some terrible Swedish accent, can't find the words etc etc, in short: crappy english.
What he is talking about is great stuff and has a clear message, i have been trying my best doing as he says for over 2 years now, but it's hard, to often i chooses a cheaper brand to gain more food (if we can call it that lol)
Working more on to cut down on my meat consumption, hard as well need to learn to cook more vegetarian recipes that is easy to do and taste good... The supermarket is a jungle and shopping takes time...

You see, you CAN be nice! If you'd just said what you say in your 2nd paragraph... "What he is talking about..." - terrific! Instead of "That was some crappy english..." What a difference! Speaking at TEDx, for one thing, has to be a nerve-wracking experience. Knowing it will be on TH-cam for the whole world to see would make ME want to throw up! And English is my native language! So I can only applaud his courage. Let's move on now and get back to reading the ingredients! Don't give up! And... be nice! :)

English very good, could be his 3rd or 4th language. How many in USA could give a talk in even a 2nd language???
