Loved that ending haha! I've produced many videos on the new edge mustang (v6), alongside feedback from other Mustang enthusiasts, I strongly disagree with this top 5. 1. No mention of oil leaks. This generation has a high likelihood of rear main seal failure. 2. Exhaust manifold startup tick - Seems like a common issue on these. 3. Power steering pump whine - we get used to it!
Thank you. My costly new tires and rims didn't answer many questions yesterday, but the new fuel pump did. The old one died sitting there rusting for 6 years, OMG. What a nice look with the 17" rims. Car Wash.., Next stop, I gotta Go...! "Buy the fuel pump tower and sending unit together". Good advice there, for sure.
little tip since it happened to me if you ac compressor is locked up you can buy a smaller belt and attach it to everything but the ac compressor and you'll be good to go saying this option because belts are cheap and you can get them at any autopart store and that bracket you may have to order so the smaller belt option gets you back on the road ASAP

I am lucky my 03 v6 with 252k miles has no real issues. Only major issue i need to get fixed is the transmission hard shifting at higher RPM/loads. Which for that high of a mileage isnt too terrible.
I’m having a hard time understanding why you are suggesting the ac bypass pulley. Everything works fine even if you don’t repair the ac. The pulley is only needed in a full ac delete car. ???
That fuel pumps bearings are failing. That’s a horrific squeak. There are also significantly more issues than what has been described here. As it is now, my brothers has that cracked intake manifold nonsense going on. Secondly his strut towers are holy and his rear frame is disintegrating. And after that, he’s got that power steering whine and creaking lower ball joints.
As the original and still owner of a 2000 v6 Mustang with 310K miles on it, I have mixed opinions about this video: 1- Inoperative AC System: There solution doesn't make any sense, and doesn't fixed the issue. Having a malfunctioning compressor is not going to prevent you from driving the car, so what's the point of removing it to install something that won't fix the AC anyway? 2- I don't think it is good advice to replace the ignition coil without checking the fuel injectors first. Coils are around $100, I wouldn't replace it if I'm not sure that the injector/s are not the issue.
1) Haven't had that one yet. 2) Had that one a few times. (Gas tank was bad.) Get a new filler neck grommet every time you drop the tank. Aftermarket filler necks are substandard. 3) Had this one twice: Bad clutch and CCRM. The delete pulley is janky and noisy, don't recommend. 4) Haven't had this one yet. 5) Haven't had this one yet. 6) Rust. 7) Ridiculous EVAP system leaks. 8) Fuel tank non-venting while filling. 9) High or hanging RPMs. 10) Quarter window leaks to back seat well (convertible problem). The "fix" is duct tape or similar. Bonus: I too have a "coupe-vertible" like the one in your video. AKA top won't go down, probably leaky lines and rams.

No return, no exchange that is what they told me do becarefull when you buy a part from them.

I just cleaned my egr after 190,000 miles and put it back on works great again
Also very common the exhaust gasket on driver side. Sounds like a valve tapping
I've had the first two.
Love this channel!
Thank you for the video. Babe Ruth didn't always hit a home run. Good luck with the next car.

So how do you determine who has to be in the car to turn it on while it's up on the lift?

Can the egr mess with the horsepower?
If the AC compressor isn't working, what's the benefit to replacing it with a pulley compared to just leaving it in although inoperable?
+@barrynzay It is recommended that if the AC Compressor is not working, to replace the compressor.

My AC was not blowing because the crappy plastic vacuum hoses were broken, repaired and AC works.
I have a question im accerlarating and my throttle producing power to move the car and then it picks back up to normal frequently what is the problem
Kinda blows my mind is that they have not given any way to adjust the tension on the throttle cable 🤦🏻♂️

Actually the 1994 model was the fifth generation of the Mustang. The 1979-93 was the fourth.

These aren’t common problems except egregious valve. Main problem exhaust manifold leak. They all crack. Replace with headers.
Egr 😂
Is this for both the 5.0 in 95 compared to 4.6?
my nerves!
Fuel pump.... Don't bother mentioning the fuel filter 🤪 jeez
V6 mustang? Lol ok.
