Ferrari CEO Vigna on Electric Car Plans, China Market Share

- Ferrari CEO Benedetto Vigna discusses the luxury carmaker's electric-vehicle plans and the luxury autos market in China, which he says needs more time to mature. Ferrari’s first fully electric car - to be introduced late next year - will be “unique in all the respect,” Vigna tells Bloomberg Television's Francine Lacqua.

China’s car market is twice as large as the US. As big as Europe and the US combined. Ignore China at your own peril.

Ferrari builds the most fantastic cars of the world. All the GT and Hypercars Ferrari look like spaceships as we saw last year when the 499P has won the 24 Hours of Le Mans and this year even if the competiion against Porsche ll be very hard but for sure Ferrari ll be the fastest. In F1 i m sorry but Benedetto Vigna can't say that Scuderia is performing well, Mclaren is probably faster and Red Bull with Verstappen is goigng to win another world championship. Scuderia ll perform well when the car ll be finally the best. Ok let's see if after Lewis Hamilton also Adrian Newey, the best F1 chief designer of the world, ll join Ferrari .

The future of Chinese electric cars in Europe is uncertain due to *overcapacity,* a kind word for dumping.
Most Chinese cars "exported" to Europe are still *parking at European ports without a buyer,* turning the ports into huge long-term parking lots, a similar scene to the Bike Share program in China.
