I have been into self fitness since, 2019. But this is the 1st video of an Indian fitness expert that explained each and every point of exercise terrifically. Literally this grabbed my attention for 99% of the time. I am totally gonna follow. If it is possible to get personalised workout plans please do let me know as I am new to the channel. Push up is a Compound movement exercise...so mostly all major and minor Muscles working in push-ups like, pectorals minor and major and core and triceps and shoulders etc. But usually working muscles in push-ups is pectorals major and minor and push ups ke variation ke uppar depend hai ki aap kis type ki push-ups kr rhe ho!!!😊

Depends upon the push ups variation. If you do diamond push ups then triceps is most used and if you do wide grip then chest muscles are used. Am i right ?
1. Warmup 2. 3-5 set of 10-15 pushups, do variations like diamond pushup or wide pushup. 3. For core: pike position for 40-60 sec. 4. For tricep: tricep pushup 3-5 set of 15-20. 5. For core and tricep simultaneously. Do planck position at knee. Then do up-downs of ebows.

Finally found something that explains the whole dynamic of some excercise and movement. I started practicing after watching this. It is inspiring. One thing I feel that it would be better if you also tell us the breathing techniques or rythem with each excercise. I think breathing plays a very crucial part while excercising.

What do you mean? There is no particular measurement and cost to build your own bar set for calisthenics. Measurement can be anything as long as your legs are off the ground when you're hanging from pull up position. As for dips bar I'd say 4 and a half feet off the ground. if you're taller than 6 ft 2 inches then make it a little higher. The reason the question you're asking doesn't matter is because calisthenics is meant to be done with no/minimal equipment. The whole point is to go to a park and be able to resistance train without weights. If you want to build it: 1. Go to a local steal guy (preferably stainless steel but it's expensive) if not get anything smooth. 2. Get a guy to install it in your open space and then start training. Easier to go to a gym and practice calisthenics to be honest.

In pushups, close grip: more tricep activation and wide grip: more chest activation. Anterior deltoids are activated for all pushups.

just continue rectracting in last stage of set but only for 2-3 reps not so much because it will led to shoulder impingement

When u do push ups in a right way it works on forearms, biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, n back or spine too..
