    Push up is a Compound movement exercise...so mostly all major and minor Muscles working in push-ups like, pectorals minor and major and core and triceps and shoulders etc. But usually working muscles in push-ups is pectorals major and minor and push ups ke variation ke uppar depend hai ki aap kis type ki push-ups kr rhe ho!!!😊

    Depends upon the push ups variation. If you do diamond push ups then triceps is most used and if you do wide grip then chest muscles are used. Am i right ?

    I wasn't doing even a perfect knee pushup for 6 months then I saw your video where u said to improve chest muscles and do chest exercises after doing chest exercises I got strength in my upper body now I can do knee pushups very easily now trying full pushup

    Started 1st Day: 11th Jan 2021
    Push ups: 3 sets 10 reps
    Shoulder Hold: 40 secs
    Triceps: 3 sets 15 reps each
    Plank: 30 secs
    Can't perform the 2nd last exercise due to long break..but will try again later..

    When u do push ups in a right way it works on forearms, biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, n back or spine too..

    My level is intermediate as per below achievement:
    Pike push ups-6-7 reps × 2 sets
    Hollow body hold-30 sec x 3 sets.
    Wall hanstand hold-10 sec x 3 sets.
    Push ups full protracted-15 reps x 3 sets.
    Available set ups at home.
    Chin ups set up
    Parallel bars.
    Abs roller.

    Definitely triceps for me!!
    My core,shoulders and chest are strong enough! I can literally do handstand, but when i do pushups, my triceps fu*k it up!
