Was honestly kinda expecting grappling hook characters to be able to use whip points, don't know why but I was mentally merging their abilities.
Makes sense, but it would probably take tremendous amounts of effort to make it look somewhat authentic.
Doesn't Catwoman use a whip as a grappling hook?

This makes it significantly harder to tell if you have Alfred or the Nazi Butler.
Could you imagine modding it so you could have Catwoman, and she would have Indy's whip animation?

I tried this and yes, It works, but The Whip is glitched and stiff
This is actually insane to me as a kid who grew up with all these games. Never thought I'd see the day they'd be merged so perfectly
I’d pay to see a Batman/Indiana Jones crossover where Dr. Jones travels to Gotham and teams up with the Dark Knight to retrieve an ancient artifact being stolen by the Penguin
I hope little things like this can help people eventually reverse-engineer the older LEGO games and mod them more comprehensively. The day we can do total conversions is the day I can die

I was not expecting you to do the vid like this, but merging the Batman in Indy Game with all this speedrun tech was a very entertaining combination!

Honestly I love the idea of straight porting charecter's over...if only they could be given some of the abilities of this game and possibly some of the animations but either way it's still really cool

Would’ve been cool if Batgirl could use the books since she’s the smartest of the group usually but I dunno how difficult that would’ve been to include.
I never noticed when I was younger but I just realised in the level at 26:26 the background is literally just a flat image of hills and trees

Using the speedrun strats made this so cool to watch; this is my favorite Lego game and seeing cool stuff like this being added by modders is just awesome!

If your at the menu for Lego Indiana Jones, there’s a tab called “coming soon” which is a teaser for LB1
Also it always infuriated me as a kid how little of the levels was made of Lego.
I'd love to see the original devs watch players do these speedrun tricks

21:49 found that one on accident if run on a laggy emulator for psp. Didn't document it because nobody would ever bother using it, but it was a weird time tbh

Do you play the Lego games with V sync on? I have noticed for this game (and pirates of the caribbean last level last movie) that free playing a level can be impossible without it

You should try Lego marvel superheroes characters and see if they work with the areas you need to pull at with Indiana Jones’ whip
