That's the actual reason I left not only freelancing as web developer but started learning other skills as well. Some Pakistani / Indian / Philippines freelancers are willing to code a website for a cup of coffee. They scam people, they provide very low quality work and they are downgrading the standards of this field. Freelancing will soon be dead because of these guys as no one will be willing to pay $100 if there's majority of people willing to do it in just $5. Now, quality doesn't matter here because on the websites like Fiverr, the client, most of the times, is a start-up and doesn't want to pay $100 for a normal standard website, they rather prefer low quality in less money. And freelancers who are willing to code a website for $5 are the same guys who learned development by watching video tutorials of guy like him. If you would have paid $$$ for learning quality content, spent nights in practicing to be the best then you would never agree on $5.
The guy making this video doesn't know why the freelancer sent extra pages.. That's because he used free HTML template from internet.
If you have zero respect for yourself at least respect those who are working hard and those who love this field.

Today an Indian buyer asked me to build a website with django and host it to aws for 10$ and which is not static website btw and my package also include responsive website. These types of video give wrong impression that you can get anything for few bucks in fiverr.
