In the last 2 years just because of this, I started my career in the coding field from a BPO call center background and I 3x my salary and was placed at a product-based company. I focused on your speech and created a lot of Python Flask applications and understand the REST concept. I started exploring a lot after I got into this career and also understand industry-level best coding practices and now I create multiple API automation for my current organization. BDW, I also belong to a government Bengali medium school and completed my engineering from a tier 3 college with 0 placement support in 2017, and started my career in the BPO sector to remove the unemployment tag. Practice leet code and hacker rank and start approaching LinkedIn HRs. once you get expert in your skills HR will start chasing you by looking at your skillset.. believe me getting a good candidate is still a big Challenge for the company..

After all of this hard work start reaching out to the HRs from LinkedIn with your proof. As Harry Bhai mentioned it took 3 to 4 years and you have to be consistent. Meanwhile, you can also start your career in any IT field and gather some etiquette, mail writing, and behavioral experience. Because those skills are equally important as coding otherwise someone else took your credit. Then combine everything up and go for a good future.

So meanwhile you can join any IT job to enhance your Email writing, etiquette, and behavioral skills. Those skills are extremely important else some salesman will take your credit. Once you are ready then start reaching out to the LinkedIn HRs with all of your skills and proof. Believe me, HRs are desperately looking for good candidates.
