I totally love your videos. My wife is a total charismatic extrovert, and I'm definitely introverted entrepreneur.... we really have learned to work these things out. I need a couple of days to digest a semi-formal dinner or gala. And maybe weeks if she is doing a big formal fundraiser. But when she helps me ramp up, and I show her I really want to have a great time.... things turn out so much better. Our motto: When we communicate, we automatically assume the best intentions of each other. That way, little trifling things dont interfere, and we can talk honestly.
Hi Julia. Thanks for this video! (And yes I’m gonna watch the “are you an introvert or an extrovert” video of yours) and YES I now understand why that is.... thanks again!
thanks heaps for this. my boyfriend and i have a business together, but he's an introvert and i'm an extravert, so there are times that i'd love to be doing more together and he's already reached capacity. i'm only just starting to get it and there are times that i do struggle with it, but this and your other introvert/extravert video have really helped me to get it a bit more 😊 thanks
My tendency is to verbalize ideas more concisely. Moving forward I’ll keep the importance in mind of letting extroverts talk things out while encouraging their enthusiasm.
Thanks for the video. I have always been an introvert and struggled with people at work or friends wanting to celebrate my birthday or achievements. They never understand why I don't want the spotlight on me. At the same time, I never took the time to fully understand what makes my wife (an extrovert) happy. She loves doing activities outside of our home and being around her friends. Definitely something I need to be more aware of and find a balance between the two 😁 Thanks again, Puffinthedog 🐶
I'm so so grateful this helped bring more clarity and understanding for you. And I feel for you with the work situation - it's not easy to tell people that we mean it when we say we REALLY don't want the spotlight.
I myself am Introvert. I have a friend that is not exactly a extravert, she is more an ambivert. So, she can understand more of my tendecies, yet also can be extraverted in other ways. You could say she knows both sides of the spectrum. :-)
Julia Kristina Counselling when talking to other people I always get bad anxiety and then I feel like I can’t talk and I run out of things to say to people I don’t really know all that well
I wish I would of known this information when I was in my twenties. My husband is the perfect example of an extrovert and i lean towards introvert. Never could understand the walking around the parties and leaving me to fend for myself. we have been married 30 yrs and finally get it! lol

Wait that's a thing? I always say that I am both but I thought that was a mood thing.
A lot of useful information, you have nailed it. 👍
So glad you found it helpful Nenad - thanks for taking the time to say so!
You sincerely deserve more subs/views, it's a bummer that this channel is so underrated. I hope it will have more recognition it the future.
