Here’s my favorite part about colossus. Since it is a fusion monster, that means you summon it with a face down thunder monster. That means that you can dodge nibiru (since it doesn’t count set cards) and the point of cards like book of moon. My favorite way to use this effect is to get colossus even through zombie world. Thunder dragon monsters are still thunder monsters when they activate in hand, and zombie world only affects monsters face up. Which means you can still 100% fulfill colossus alternate summon. I also sometimes dodge maxx c in master duel since sometimes they don’t have it on so a set doesn’t trigger the response window and then I can summon colossus without feeding a draw.
1:20 Gladiator beasts. Lots of good points however I do remember Elemental Heroes being pretty good at this time as they had a ton of cards that let them fuse and they also had plenty of extra deck monsters to use by this time

As far as I know, there's only three Synchro monsters that can be Synchro summoned without a Tuner, those being Chaos Angel, Ultimia, and that Visa Starfrost Synchro, so I don't think a list like this is even possible for Synchros.
You cannot make Chimeratech Fortress Dragon with Kashtira Arise-Heart. This is because Kashtira Arise-Heart's effect banishes all cards that would be sent to the graveyard, and you must be able to send the materials for Chimeratech Fortress Dragon to the graveyard to Special Summon it. Under Kashtira Arise-Heart, you cannot even Special Summon Chimeratech Fortress Dragon or Chimeratech Megafleet Dragon at all using any monsters with their Summoning conditions.
By the time you got to #2 on the list I was thinking that people didn't think Thunder Dragon Colossus compared to the others on this list and my poor banned boi will never see love. Oh boy was I wrong! I'm an old school player who dipped out right before Synchos made the scene. That is untill I started watching these videos and realized how much I had underestimated Colossus, and started to understand much fundamentally changed in the game while I was away. After seeing so many of the other cards and archytypes that have come out, I realize not only has Colossus been power crept to the point that he could come off the banned portion of the list, he is also the lynchpin of the deck. Also of note, the two monster supports that have come out, Thunderstormech and Dragonlord are both Light monsters. Including Twin-headed, that creates an imbalance of light and dark with in the archetype. Matix, OriginalTD, Hawk, Titan, Twin-headed, TSM, and Lord, vs Dark, Duo, Colossus, and Roar. Even if we ignored Twin-headed, that's still a 3:2 ratio of light to dark. I can only hope they make another dark monster or two to even things out a bit. And that's my rant.

Let me come up with 1 of these… I’m thinking a Five-Headed Dragon retrain, BUT you can fusion summon it by using Dragon or “Dragon” monsters you control with different attributes, and it gains immunities and effects based off of the 5 different attributes used for its summon. _Five-Disasters Dragon_ (DARK) Level 12 Dragon/Fusion/Effect 5 Dragon or “Dragon” monsters with different Original Attributes. _Must either be Fusion summoned, or summoned by its own effect. (Quick Effect) You can fusion summon this card from your extra deck by using the above cards you control as fusion materials. This fusion summoned card’s original attribute becomes the attributes of its fusion materials. Cannot be destroyed by battle by, and unaffected by the effects of, monsters with the same attribute(s). (Quick Effect) You can apply each of the following effects of “Five-Disasters Dragon” once per turn, depending on its original attribute(s): ⚫️AIR: Shuffle 1 card from either players hand, field or GY into their deck.⚫️EARTH: Add 1 Field Spell from your Field, deck or GY to your hand. ⚫️FIRE: Destroy 1 card from either players field or hand. ⚫️WATER: Add 1 card you own to your hand that is banished or from the field or GY. ⚫️DARK: Target 1 card from the field or GY: Negate that target’s effects for the rest of the turn. LIGHT⚫️: Increase or Decrease the ATK/DEF of one monster on the field by 5,000 for the rest of the turn. ⚫️DIVINE: Special Summon 1 monster from your hand, deck or GY, then increase your LP by that monster’s total ATK/DEF._ ATK/5000 DEF/5000
While I know this is an idea for a fusion card, they already made a retrain similar to this with Five-Headed Link Dragon. It’s very similar to what you’ve said, but the most notable difference is of course being a link monster.
@@BoilingMetal65 Yeah I know what you’re talking about… But I wanted to lean into the “Elemental Heads” thing and make the monster more attribute focused and modular.

The Tearlaments technically don’t have alternate summoning conditions, they just have monsters that fusion summon unconventionally. The Tearlaments fusions themselves don’t say anything about alternative summoning conditions
Idea for a Battle focused Fusion monster that summoned last itself after a successful battle: _War-born Archefiend_ (FIRE) Level 4 Fiend/Fusion/Tuner/Effect _Must be special summoned by its own effect. If a monster you control destroys an opponent’s monster by battle: Banish both of those monsters; Special summon this card from your extra deck or GY (This is treated as a Fusion Summon, and those banished monsters are treated as fusion materials). Cannot be destroyed by battle or monster effects. Monsters you control gain ATK and DEF equal to the total ATK/DEF of any monsters they destroy (by battle or card effect) while they were on the field. Monsters you control can attack again in a row after they destroy a monster by battle. If a monster you control attacks a defense position monster: Inflict piercing battle damage to your opponent._ ATK/2300 DEF/2300
