    Girl! You was tho-rough! Love it! I feel like I get enough sleep generally. The only thing I differ on is the heat lol! My little space heater puts me to 😴 so fast. I run cold so that heat knocks me out lol. Even when I’m driving home from work I have to keep the car cold because the heat will have me dozing off lol! But I’m not like most people in that way lollll

      I try to be! Heat definitely works for some and if it ain't broke don't fix it lol. I have moments where I don't sleep well but I can typically pinpoint the culprit and get it back right.
