    I absolutely love seeing the wonderful expeditions you go on. I get to sit back and relax while you put in all the hard work and exertion. Your fitness amazes me; as does your dedication and personal admiration of the scenery.
    Keep sharing your adventures with us and please stay safe. 😊❤

    There's something so ethereal when a stag turns its neck to look at you, just that one moment of knowing each others presence. Their so aware of us and their damn majestical. Stags make Scotland so much more beautiful, not that its needed ! Great Video ❤

      There's a tame stag at Kinloch Hourn, well there was the last time I went. He comes right up to you and you can feed him. Forgot his name, either Connor or Cameron I think

    You know, it takes a special kind of person to achieve all that - for it's not just about physical ability, it's about optimism, and not being too given to feeling ill-done by when the view you were looking forward to isn't there... You need to be level headed, have the ability to keep things in proportion and not be a quitter - and probably much else besides! You said at the beginning you wanted to test yourself and you've done it with flying colours, I'd say. Only one thing troubles me - is one pot noodle really sufficient at the end of days filled with so much physical exertion? Take good, and if necessary, better care of yourself, OK!!

      Don’t worry I had loads of food on the trip, just tend to not show too much of it. Would rather show off the views👍

    Do you want a backpacking buddy? I am a pretty avid backpacker and do 2-3 night trips on the regular. Did half the PCT and some parts of the AT. The Scottish mountains look epic and it would be nice to go with a local on a few trips. Its only a 7 hour flight.

    That sounds like an epic adventure across the Knoydart Peninsula! Covering 60 miles in such a remote part of Scotland must have been both challenging and rewarding. It’s amazing to see such untouched wilderness. Thanks for sharing this journey and have a great day!

    Gosh, I have to admire the effort involved and the scenery. Hiking and climbing Munros with a full kit takes some doing. Not forgetting the midges and ticks. As much as I enjoy hiking in shorts I gave up due to the number of ticks I was collecting. Well done for producing a brilliant trip during a rubbish summer.

    • @ScottishSummiteer
      @ScottishSummiteer  5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    Walked in under the Viaduct to do the two Munros one Sunday having driven over from Oban. Felt like a long walk in. Then to do the two hills with full packs.... The views were amazing. For two young guys, you do fantastic trips and make, edit some super videos.

  • @mikemccormac9368
    @mikemccormac9368 5 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

    It took a while multiple rerunning the video to come close to appreciation of the scale and endurance required to complete this tour of a very testing group of peaks, where exposed rocky steps, gullies and arretes are par for the course. And carrying home for 4 days on your backs into the bargain!!
    Its unfortunate that all that investment in energy was offset by the claggy weather conditions. Sgurr na Ciche, and views therefrom, is one of the most photographed and artistically painted peaks in the country.
    As for Ladhar Bheinn, I'd say list it for a return trip. The route from Inverie is a worthy alternative. And get the extra pleasure of a ferry crossing and stay at a fine hostelry at Inverie.
