    Can you make a video about how can tier-3 students apply for such companies for internship/job? Given that these companies don't visit their campus.

      A lot of people have asked me this question and I honestly do not have any idea or roadmap for it. I do not want to give any college student any false hope or some random or wrong information like other TH-camrs to increase my view count and followers.
      The truth is that Quant firms do prefer IITians more than other college students for enter level roles but it is not impossible to get there.
      All I can tell you is that this how I did it and hope it helps you or anyone else at some level.

      @@CodingInterviewPrep Okay. Thanks a lot. Can you maybe invite someone else from a tier-3 background who has cracked such a company and maybe pass their knowledge onto us? Thanks.

      Bhai meri videos pe mushkil se 300-400 views aate hai. Tujhe lagta hai ki koi bhi aayega apna time waste karne yha gyaan baatne ke liye 🤣

      @@CodingInterviewPrep Perhaps if you make videos on these topics, people will come and the views will rise.
      And, yeah, not everyone would want to come here to give 'gyaan', but I think if you look out a little, you will be able find atleast one person who would be willing to come here; and one person is all we need.
      Please consider it.
      Thanks in advance.

    hey I finished my college just last week and still searching for jobs I completely understand i literally have no chance for fresher role in HFTs, but lets say after 2 years If I want to apply for HFTs(even with QA/Testing/dev background) can I enter? PS: I will using c++ for compi from now on , will make c++ projects, solve puzzles etc.. Also I have trading experience from my current crypto research internship.

    Hi can you create a list /pdf of things one can learn and what are the best sources to learn from to crack an HFT. It would be really beneficial all together.

    Would taking a compilers class be useful for hft?

    • @CodingInterviewPrep
      @CodingInterviewPrep  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      This is not a very commonly asked topic in the HFT interviews. I would rather suggest you to take courses on Computer Architecture, Computer Networks, Operating systems and C++. If you already have good knowledge of these subjects then only prioritize taking compiler class.

      Bro you are a trader then why not stick to trading instead of investing more on MS in Us? You can start your own firm if you grow your capital to 8 figures
