      @@Yourfavoriteliberianboy as a buyer you should never negotiate on lot value. Always negotiate on the total amount.

      The sellers sold per acre. So we had to buy per acre not lot

    I am sorry bruh but this doesn’t make sense to me. How do you plan to get to your markets with these “monkey bridge”? You can’t get vehicle to your farm. Do you have a way to water the plants during the dry season? No road to your farm? The land is the easy part to be honest. I think you should start with the water infrastructure. What planting configuration are you using? What about your fertilizer strategy? How many acres are you planting on day one? What are you doing about securing your plants? Don’t overlook security and definitely don’t be a visitor to your farm bro.

      First of all am not a visitor to my my farm. secound there’s is a well for watering the plants and thirdly this is not a farm maintenance video this is how to start a farm from the title you see on the thumbnail. Getting fruits to the market and fertilizer will be covered in another video as long as you stay subscribe you won’t miss it .

    Indeed, makes no sense. From the video I don't think you have much knowledge on farming, and you are adding tremendous risk. You need to start with different cash crops that have a very short crop cycles (3-4 months) and build up your farm. Why? Starting with an 18 months crop cycle requires very deep pockets and really is insane. How will you make money if your yield is low? Why nobody has told you this?

    • @Yourfavoriteliberianboy
      @Yourfavoriteliberianboy  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I think the question you should be asking is, if we are growing other crops. This video is totally based on my experience in starting a farm in Liberia maybe yours is different or there is a specific way to start a farm in Liberia that I don’t know about but this is how we started our farm. We are not in the farming business for quick cash we understand that this is a long term investment and we are willing to wait so when you say start with different cash crop cycles I understand maybe that is how you started yours but there’s no standard in starting a farm as to what you must grow on it because it is Liberia.
