Agree, but I have to say I was very uncomfortable with the naked saw blade on the weed-eater. The manufacturer ships them with a guard. That's not just for looks!

In the sixties and early seventies while growing up in a village in rural Africa, that is exactly how everyone in the village used to grow cassava, and the harvest used to come in a year to two years. I might be missing the new Agriculture technology here!
Lol these people used to do everything by hands, they didn't have equipments and machines like these. Having the machine to cultivate the soil and electric cutting machine to them is advanced. However, this is not HIGH tech compared to modern countries. 😁

I was curious too. Just remember they are using artificial fertiliser and with a year or two no one will be able to grow anything unless they use Artificial fertiliser.
I have grown cassava personally.now there is a new breed of cassava high yeild at 6_8mths ready for harvest.only challeng is it wont stay for so long in the soil minus harvest
