I do the floats too. I like your idea of pouring the cream over the crushed ice first. I just found out that my A1C I’d NORMAL after losing over 100 pounds! That deserves a float!
Currently I am using SALTT electrolytes, flavor Carmel. I mix it with warm water then Zevia root beer then lots of ice. Oh my, I feel like I’m having a delicious dessert. I’ve also mixed the root beer with chocolate. The orange electrolyte with orange Zevia.

Awesome video, always good seeing other meals to help along this journey, and you are so right not a diet however a lifestyle which makes it easier to stick to, I looked into the glycine and will do a little more research seems like it is a alright supplement. I have degenerative disc in my back and it keeps my body with inflammation which is beginning to effect my A1C no matter how low my carbs are per day, I can only imagine if I didn’t eat like I do what it would really be, at any rate I will get it all figured out without surgery and hopefully not too much medicine, not something I want to take right now. Yes I use the liquid egg whites. Mix with maple flavoring, sweetener and nut milk, whisk in a pan on the stove until resembles hot cereal then o top with cinnamon and more milk
For a Boston cooler I would probably use diet vernors, the Zevia ginger ale probably doesn't have the same yumminess of Vernors 😊 Or I could be wrong, if anybody know's, please comment 😀

I really wanted to use and like LMNT, but the 4 separate times I’ve tried it, it really bothers my stomach/gut. Whew. I wish there was another option, but for now I just take Mag and Potassium supplements and heavily salt my foods.

I get hungrier through the day if I don’t have eggs. I’ve tried other foods for breakfast and eggs are very filling to me.
