Oh I thought you were talking about another video. The Dreamtrap suit is made specifically to get stronger the longer it's in someone's dream. Sonic was already lowballed to almost 15 - 20% his actually power due to the unknown power in the room during the challenge. This was made so he can't escape the room so easily, but that also means that Sonic could only fight Dreamtrap(William) at a low amount of power. And the suit was already getting more and more powerful with each minute as they fought

Proof for this is when in sonic adventure he needed SSJ to kill perfect chaos. However in 2011 in generations he killed him in base form. And even then he brought the destroyed timelines that time eater yeeted back with his speed alone. And in SSJ killed time eater. That was in 2011 so 12 years so using the logic from the power growth sonics base should be multiversel. Your William kept up with him at 20% so then lowball your william should be around multi universal High. And I didn't even factor Solaris into the mix. So your AUs pretty powerful.
I'm remaking the fight, but here's his ablities: 1. Energy minuplation - He can create destructive balls and blasts that can slice or vaporize anything. William can also use it to create barriers just in case it's too much for the suit to handle or out of defense. 2. Mind Control - He can mind Control someone using the suit.
